Campus is really huge and beautiful it is close to nature

Actually I liked everything except one thing,the distance between class and hostel is 1 km 🥲😂
In Chennai it is very hot due to which I am getting so much sweat(humid)

Course Curriculum Overview :

Course curriculum is really good and faculty members are excellent I am interested in mechanical engineering so I took it Faculty student ratio is 10:1 Every faculty member has done PhD and have high level of knowledge Yearly once,exam was comparatively difficult than all other entrance exams after 12th

Class Size : 70Course Fees : INR 200000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

So many companies like IBM Google Amazon Facebook hire students and give them some basic job or projects on which students work and if they like their output they directly hire them.so many projects are being done by students in CFI which is known as innovation hub of iitm

Placement Experience :

Really good placement,1st sem,google Amazon Facebook etc,60%,highest package in my clg is 2 crore and least is 6lakh, remaining 40% people tend to go towards startup,I have not yet decided about my future I would think about a startup

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Actually tution fees for 1 semester is 1 lakh but students who have income between 1-5 lakhs will get 66% waiver in fees but they have to pay hostel and mess fees which is 40,000 so for a normal student for 1 sem fee is 1 lakh 50thousand but for waiver students it is 77thousand

Campus Life :

Campus life is really good everything here is very good and close to nature,every year there are 2 main fests namely shastra and saarang .shashtra is a tech fest and saarang is a cultural fest and every week so many events are being organised,classrooms are really good ,2 projectors and very big board will be there,sports facilities are really good in iitm ,each and every sport has so much value and importantance is being given to them.so many clubs are related which are related to academics as well as cultural .CFI is managed by students

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels are neat and clean,each room has 2 cupboards 2 desks with light each ,3 cots for 3 students.quality of meal is really good and menu is different for each and every day ,food provided is healthy,registration process for hostel is a bit issue

Hostel Fee : INR 80000 per year

Admission :

I applied for JEE Eligibility for this entrance exam is to have above 75% marks in 12th board Application forms,fees and dates will be mentioned in NTA website for JEE main and in advanced website for JEE advanced If a person have reservation then he have somewhat less cutoff than others No need of improvement according to me

Placement Experience:

After the 6th semester, the students become eligible for campus drive. The companies are like TCS, COGNIZANT etc. The highest package is 4.5 lac/annum is offered by TCS. The percentage of students is above 80. My plan is going to be a good employee in a good company.

One of the best college in Chennai

Placement Experience:

From 7th semester students become eligible for campus placements. TCS, WIPRO, BPO COMPANIES, and many more top companies come. Highest package is 3-4 LPA and average 1.5 -2-5 LPA as per companies come. 70 to 90% students getting placements. To be successful is my carrier is my plan after getting the degree.
