Remarks :

College is headed by Chairman directly. A team of Managing director, Chief executive, Admin director and Principal.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Video lectures provided for all core engineering subjects. Study materials are very useful for the semester university exams. The library is facilitated with 25k books and more than 100 magazines. Smart digital classroom facility is available for all students at any time. Audio vision hall is available for video lecturing.

Class Size : 67Course Fees : INR 25000 per year

Placement Experience :

Separate placement cell is functioning with more than 25 faculty members and headed by placement director dedicated to this institute alone. Placement is assured and provided by the placement cell in Multi-National Company.

College Events :

Women Empowering and entrepreneur association meet, Alumni association meeting and get together, Every year college day is celebrated in a grand manner. Sports day is organised after conducting inter and intra college sports meet every year, Achievers day is celebrated every year and the academy and non-academic receivers are given prizes.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

The fees structure is very feasible and the facilities are worth enough for the amount paid. Hostel fees collected every year for food and accommodation is worth for the quality food and accommodation. Also, the transport is provided to all over the state for every month end holidays.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The scholarship is given to all based on the academic and sports performance of the students. Government scholarships are easily arranged other than management fees concession.

Campus Life :

Green campus and the library and laboratory are accessible till 6 pm during all working days. It is a women institutions. Totally more than 14k students are studying in various branch and courses. The laboratory is well equipped with all necessary components and software set-up used for research and academic works.

Alumni/Alumna :

Definitely the alumni association is functioning in the college is recommended to all for entrepreneurship development and placement assistance.

Admission :

Good infrastructure, Placement provided in Multi-National Company, Hostel and Canteen are excellent. Worth for the fees. I recommend this campus for a good education. Coaching is best in the college Tamilnadu. I strongly recommend this institute. This college is the best in facilities.

Faculty :

Beat coaching for all core subjects. Laboratory usage is remarkable for the research talents and scholars. Research and development cell is headed and functioning in the department. All faculty are easily approachable. Individual care is taken for all students. Best qualified and skilled faculty and headed by doctorates.

Average college but a good place to study on your own

Placement Experience:

The campus placements start in the 7th semester. Due to the recession, there is a lot of backlash when it comes to placements. It has been quite poor for the last few years. But it depends on how the student is prepared for the competitive world.

Students who pursuing five and sixth semesters onwards are eligible to attend the placements and internship. Mostly the IT companies are visited frequently and core companies are low. The Highest package is 9LPA. The percentage of college placement is 78 percent. I planned to make higher studies after my degree.

Reality of Veltech

Placement Experience:

Placement is good for the CSE and IT departments. You can't expect placement if you belong to other departments, there is a placement for the other departments but very less. Campus placement starts in 3rd year itself. They have special classes for Aptitude skills and interview preparation GD and necessary preparations for job placement opportunities. 90% of students from CSE and IT get placed. The average package is 7.5 LPA you can expect a minimum of 3.5 LPA. If you are willing to go for higher studies you can contact the international relation office they have good relations with other universities abroad, they have students exchange programs, research scholarships etc if you are not planning to seat in placement. I plan for higher studies and research after my Btech.

Best place ever visited. My Sweet College.

Placement Experience:

The placements in my college is very good and top companies hire students across every branch with a good amount of package. At the end of 3rd year every student is elegible for the placements in college. About 20 to 25 companies visited for campus hiring and approximately 700 offers were given across the college from every branch. 60 percentage of students got placed in the campus hiring program. Highest package is 24 LPA and the aveyis 5LPA. My plan is to get into a good MNC company which is related to Aerospace technology.
