Course Curriculum Overview :

Applied mathematics is a broad branch of mathematics, in this course, I learned new so many things in real life-based problems. The faculty is enough for the students, and the teaching method is very impressive.

Class Size : 45Course Fees : INR 80000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

I don't have much knowledge about internships because I don't have internship experience. But there are a lot of opportunities regarding the internship. And have a good stipend mazor internship in both IT and applied branches.

Placement Experience :

In Masters, After completing the second semester students are eligible to take placements. Akash BYJU's, ALLEN Career and FIITJEE, Axtria, Decision Point, Amazon, And so many companies are here for hiring students. And Highest package of our class is 25 lakh per year in FIITJEET maths. And out of 45 students those who want placements are got placed(30 students) some of us want to do PhD and other things.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees are here semester-wise, and per semester fees are approx 50000rs with the mess. And also provide the scholarship called MCM scholarship with a stipend of 30000 per semester. And the scholarship not for that students who have any F grades or any disciplinary action against him.

Campus Life :

The annual fest is so many like Exodia, and Xpecto is tech fest. The classroom was very good and fully ac and provide a water cooler in front of every academic building. There are two Sports halls one in the south campus and the other one is in the north campus, and also have a cricket ground.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel provided shared that in one room there are two students, the room has two almirahs, two tables, and two chairs, and also has a window view is amazing in IIT mandi. The food quality is very good. And registration process is very simple from the OAS portal.

Hostel Fee : INR 40000 per year

Admission :

For Admission to IIT's bachelor's degree must be 60%, And the Application form is available in September of every year and named IIT-JAM. The exam was in February and the result was in March after that counselling started and finally got admission.

JOIN HPU Campus (pleasant /Peaceful environment) for Academics

Course Curriculum Overview:

The facility of Biotechnology and the curriculum are very Good. The curriculum is okay but teaching methods need so improvement as teaching is not updated as per advancement in technology. Timing of exams is on appropriate time i.e. on half yearly based.

Himachal Pradesh University- my second home

Course Curriculum Overview:

I personally dont find curriculum effective. No relevance with day to day life. We are just fighting with theorems everyday without even knowing their application and teachers are also not delivering them with the application part. Curriculum should be more practical and applied. Teaching methods are also traditional chalk and talk method .... Every classroom is equipped with smartboard but they are just showpiece no one is using them.

Nit Hamirpur review

Placement Experience:

Placement in our used to be good but now average package is something between 6to 7 lakh. Generally students can apply for in their final year . Students must have 7.5 cgpa to sit in placements .During NIT Hamirpur Placement 2023, top companies like CRED, Stryker Corporation, Philips, etc. visited the campus for recruitment purposes.Highest package was of INR 173 LPA while the average package stood at INR 7.54 LPA. a total of 690 students were placed out of 952 students . I am going mtech after btech with a better college after clearly gate.

Overall Maharaja university is great.

Placement Experience:

There were lot of opportunities for the students given by university. Lot of placement opportunities they provide in different fields . Like different pharmaceutical companies like acne , tuition centers can take the students above 90% marks and based on their interview. Highest package is 4lpa and lowest package is 2.5LPA.

Best college with best view

Placement Experience:

The placement is very good. This time Mathematics department of IIT Mandi got the highest placement among all the IITs. The average package seemed to be 10 lakhs. Even mine is 11.5 lpa CTC as a project engineer trainee.

I chose this course because of my interest. 4 Faculty members of which one is a professor and 3 are assistant professors with excellent experience all are Ph.D. Holders with Gate and Net Qualified. Term exams are held after each semester and the passing criteria for each exam are 50% it's a 4-semester course within 2 years.

Placement Experience:

Average placement. Some got as good as 36 lpa . But most of them are in around 4 to 10 lpa. Recruitment cell is active. They are sensitive too. Coaching institutions , adobe, isro and several it companies like cognizant etc. are good visitors. No idea about percentage of students placed. I have been enrolled in PHD at iit ism dhanbad.
