MLSM Admissions
Admissions to the college are based on merit or an entrance test.
For B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, BBA, BCA and B.Ed admission is on merit basis. For M.Sc, selection is based on an entrance examination conducted by HP University. Whereas, for BEP and B.P.Ed, selections will be based on performance in Physical Efficiency Test, academics and sports achievements.

- Hostel: There is a hostel for girls within the campus. The hostel has a total of 27 furnished rooms. The rooms are allocated to 3 students based on sharing. Cleaning is done by the housekeeping team regularly. The hostel offers mess facilities.
- Library: The Library has a vast collection of approximately 39,750 books in the subjects of arts, commerce, science, physical education, education, computer science, management. It also has general or reference books.
- Sports Facilities: A spacious playground with equipment for both major and minor games is owned by the college. The sports ground also has 400 mt. Athletic Track and a Cricket Turf. Over the years, the university has won trophies in Football, Wrestling, Kabaddi, Table Tennis, Badminton, Basketball, and Cricket.

teachers were the positive point in our college they were very sincere toward us and teaching. AVR college head change our principal many times which was a negative impact to our education because if any problem occurred we had to go to a principal but in absence of principal we had no one to contact with. The other positive thing was active sports and NCC programs in our college. our college bus also active in political issues we had many student union there like ABVP etc.

College is still developing. Since it is in the centre of the city, the traveling distance is less. There is a scope for a lot of improvement. In the coming days, the college would become a good reputed college. I would recommend it for traditional courses only
