CBSE Class 12 Compartment Exam will be conducted by CBSE on 15 July 2025. This is a great opportunity for students to improve their scores in any one particular subject, without losing an academic year. The details and application process will be released on the official site in June, 2025.

• To pass the CBSE Class 12 compartment exam 2025, students must achieve at least 33% marks in each subject, including theory, internal assessment, project, or practical components separately, as well as in the combined total. Students must pass in at least five subjects (as offered in the main exams) to be declared "Pass" overall.
• In 2025, a total of 1,29,095 CBSE Class 12 students are placed in compartment category. This is slightly more from the 1,22,170 students placed in the previous batch.

CBSE Class 12 Compartment Exam Registration 2025

The registration for the Class 12 Compartment Exam will start on 30 May, 2025, and the last date is 17 June, 2025. Schools will be required to submit the LOC of class 12 compartment exam candidates on the official website parikshasangam.cbse.gov.in

CBSE Class 12 Compartment Exam Results, 2025

The CBSE is expected to release the result of the Compartment exam by the first week of August, 2025 (tentative). To download the compartment exam results, details like roll number, school number, and admit card ID must be entered. Students must obtain 33% in each of the subjects they appeared for the supplementary exam. Upon downloading, one must verify all the details mentioned in the result, including the name, roll number, subject-wise marks, and overall percentage.
