IIM Ranchi CAT 2024 Cut off and admission criteria for the batch of 2024-26 is updated here. IIM Ranchi is participating in the CAP admission process. Candidates who have qualified the minimum CAT 2024 Cut off have to register for the CAP 2024 counselling after the declaration of CAT results in January 2024. The overall CAT 2024 Cut off percentile is 92 for GEN, 70 for EWS, 74 for NC-OBC, 54 for SC, and 40 for ST and PwD categories.
The PI process will be common for all the IIMs participating in CAP process. After the completion of the PI process, admission offers for IIM Ranchi would be made based on a Consolidated Merit List prepared by awarding 40% weightage to CAT score, 30% to PI score, and 30% to academic profile & diversity. Admission to the Post Graduate Programme of IIM Ranchi will be based on the performance of candidates in CAT 2024, Personal Interview (PI), and their academic and work experience profile.
Stage 1: Initial Shortlisting for PI Process
In stage 1, candidates who will qualify the minimum cut off criteria will become eligible for round 2 of counselling process i.e Personal Interview.

IIM Ranchi CAT Eligibility
- IIM Ranchi Eligibility requires a candidate to hold a bachelor’s degree (3 year minimum) with at least a 50% aggregate
