Like campus environment is overall good you will go on daily walk and security is good for both boys and girls
There will be no ragging as it is the best part of this college that college professor are very strict for ragging so its good and there will be communties and student member for antiragging

Dislikes

Hostel meal us not goid as expected hard to eat.
Education quality is like ok ok but not very good as expected

Placement Experience:

After 6th semester students are eligible for placement this year 31 student's got an offer letter in which 3 are from mechanical and rest of the from electrical engineering but the placement packages for food technology is good as they will get offer from keventer. And other good companies My plan after getting degree is for government exams like UPSC .

Less fee structure compared to other institutes. It was pretty affordable and has decent enough living standards in hostel.
We dont have ragging culture here so you are free to be yourself and nobody will bother you unnecessarily.

Dislikes

College placement structure is not up to the mark. Needs a lot of improvement. There is a big gap between industry standards and our skills due to lack of professional exposure
Campus is still building, its a new college. The vision seems promising but right now our campus needs a lot of improvement in terms of looks and accommodation capability

Course Curriculum Overview:

Personally i opted for electrical and electronics instead of the branch of my choice is because my scores were not enough to secure a seat in CSE. But EEE is pretty cool as well for those willing to grow in this branch. Our curriculum exposes us to the rapidly growing sectors in the industry and educates us of all we need to know about the course in depth. If you want to continue ahead in a research field, this Institute is the most supportive. The exam questions are also relevant enough and considering we only need to actually stress over end semesters, its fair enough per semester. It would be better if our professors removed the attendance criteria rest im fine with everything else

Strong Academic Program : Academic Programs are very strong and highlight able .
Dedicated Faculty : Here Faculty's are too good and dedicated to their position.

Dislikes

Limited resources: As the college is not so old that's why there are limited equipments and machineries

Placement Experience:

The placement in this college is good . In our department ( Food Technology) . The Faculties are trying to provide us 100% placement. As a result 70% students are already get placement. But being a girl it's little bit difficult to get a good placement because the industries mostly want male candidates so that they can do shift works .

I liked the way they guide the children and they motivate the children to go ina good way there was a good sports competition in between the children

I disliked the college is there is no compound wall around the college

In our college there is a intership on second year after that we get placement with minimum package 600000 . In case we don't get a placement in my college I will write the gate exams conducted by the Central government and i will study m tech in better not or iit .

Placement occurs on the basis of ranking in the class...or you have to gather knowledge about your department...there will he a interview session through which you will get job ...our professors organized this placement

The Good college and very good.

The campus is very good. Night walk and the morning walk is very good.
The Hostel is in nice position. And the hostel is also good.

Dislikes

The mess food is not quite good. The are very oily.
Some chairs are also required . for college environment.

Placement Experience:

Placements are quite good on the campus GKCIET especially trains and encourages the students to sit for internships and placements. A student is eligible to sit for the internships at the beginning of the third and placements from the beginning of the third and placements from beginning of the final year .. a student can manage to get a PPO after completing the internship in the 3 rd which is also encouraged by the student. The other criteria regarding placements and intership are quite well-defined in the GKCIET

We liked faculties teaching experience, college campus, hostel meals and Everything.
Harmonious environment, everyone was cooperative.

Placement Experience:

Placement opportunities at GKCIET are decent, with companies visiting the campus for recruitment. However, the placement cell could work on strengthening ties with more industries to provide students with a wider range of job opportunities. 90 percent of the students get paid and the rest move forward to pursue MTECH from prestigious NITs and IITs.

There are many things liked in GKCIET, specially The c campus life very good.

The location, it's about 6-7km distance from the main town.

Likes

The hostel which is pretty good with nice rooms and attention to hygiene.
The college offers full CCTV coverage and security personnels are at every entrance.

Dislikes

The faculties are not friendly and helpful they lack the motive to guide us and mold us for our future.
The college doesn't have a proper boundary wall.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I am interested in the aspects of electrical networks and transmission lines that's why I choose this course. The curriculum is not so good as the CA exams cover a lot of time which can be used for studying otherwise. The faculty members are not very friendly in my department. They do not guide us properly.
