The course which I have taken is mechanical engineering and apart from that our college is tie up with many institute which offers specialization course which will add on in our overall experience and skill which helps to build resume. Apart from courses my College have no. of clubs and professional body which also help to brush up on our skill.

The mechanical engineering course as all know is very intense and requires special attention specially subjects like, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, heat transfer, etc The course can be improved very much so. Becauss the practicality in teaching is not there and is very theory-based rather than practical based. Which is not good for the field of mechanical. The frequency of exam is high there are 1 sem every 5-6 months which can get affected by events and stuff which causes the syllabus to be studied in a rush.

I was supposed to take this course not because of my marks but only because of my career perspective. The curriculum is good here which helps one to apply the theory in real world applications. The frequency of exams is bestly adapted from the perspective of a college student.

College has various college clubs for mechanical students to learn and grow like Mavericks and Technocrats and other practical labs and instruments .the course must introduce the students to technical subjects to start learning and be familiar with subjects they will learn in next year's .exams have a gap of around one to one and half months gap before the next exam
A good course curriculum now because now the college has gained the status of autonomous college and basically they themselves are designing the curriculum and are actually trying to match the level of the renowned institute of the India and also are trying to motivate students to go for different courses like Udemy, Coursera, NPTEL ( which is run by different IIT's of the India and you can get single credit for single course and multiple courses are allowed in a semester) so that a student can get a wide range of knowledge also they motivate students to participate in various competitions like HPVC (HUMAN POWERED VEHICLE CHALLENGE) organized by ASME (AMERICAN SOCIETY OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERS), SUPRA, BAHA, BAJA (organized by Society of Automotive Engineers) but you won't get respect as a student until you win the competition and principal is not at all supportive like for such national level competition students pay money from their own pocket but college is only concerned with results.
As I took mechanical engineering, there are many instruments available for this where you can perform practicals and get better understanding about the courses and concepts. Apart from this the faculty members are also very good and their way of teaching is excellent.
The mechanical department is very cool.the college provides you with lots of practical knowledge which is quite interesting and help you understand the concepts really well. Also the teachers are very friendly and teaches you with great interest
The fees gets increased yearly not by much but yes it does. The college is pretty transparent about it fees and process. I have paid around 5Lakhs during my 4 years in the college. So yes its not that expensive considering the atmosphere it provides.
Fees for one year is 199996. Everything is just awesome about TCET, you name it. Its cultural and technical fest called Zephyr is also among the best in Mumbai and gives tough competition to Techfest of IIT-B. Well, if you don’t fare well in JEE and you live in Maharashtra, then this is the best engineering university through MHT-CET.
As per industry requirements, our college is doing great job. Recently it's got autonomous status. Now our college has its own syllabus aur schedule of examination. I think, every faculty is good so there is no point to say good or bad. But still management enrolling new teachers.
