Xavier Institute of Engineering, Mumbai Admissions
To take admission at Xavier Institute of engineering candidates will have to give a preliminary exam MHT-CET / JEE Mains. MHT-CET is conducted by the Government of Maharashtra. It is a pen paper based exam conducted every year in the month of May and June. Preference will also be given to candidates with JEE Mains score.

I taken MHT CET exam. Any 12th science student can give this exam. But the important is u should have physics and chemistry in your previous standard and biology or maths should be there. You can find the application form on the DTE website and every year dates change so keep checking.

After getting the allotted college from the CAP round and reached the college location and the admission process at XIE were guided through my Office Staff. The courses available at Xavier Institute of Engineering: Computer Engineering (COMPS) Information Technology Engineering (IT) Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering (EXTC) The eligibility criteria to get an admit from Xavier Institute of Engineering are as follows: (Please note that if you've got the admission through the CAP rounds, with your MHT-CET scores, you are eligible and you can secure your seat.) HSC: PCM or PCM+Bifocal (Min 50% aggregate) MHT-CET: 80+ You can find more information on their official website.

Applied for Bsc in Ruparel as was not sure about getting admission to Engineering. Comes out, I was just anxious - so applied to KJ Somaiya, Rajiv Gandhi, Vartak, St. Francis. Got into XIE through the CAP round. The cutoff was 100 marks. The admission process was quite smooth.

Because i always wanted to get admission in TFWS seat.When i was filling my form to get admission, i applied all College for TFWS.then luckily I got admission in Xavier with TFWS.And i wanted to get in IT department so i got it.

The college is ranked 3rd among private colleges in Mumbai by Times of India.It has good infrastructure,lot of labs and a lot of companies come for placements.The faculty is also good and very helpful.

No scope for bad remark. Only good can be spoken excellent college a culture of learning is imbibed in each student and student love to learn.

Staff is very good and helpful. The main negative thing is that ther vicinity is very poorly managed we dont have that many shops near by as it is situated in mahim. Canteen needs improvement. Canteen is shitty in our college we dont have space to sit outside seatings are not clean and food is not that good.

Positive, great environment to study and grow All over more than a medium level college with decent placement records and good student crowd , students come from different parts of Maharashtra to achieve their dreams.

At first, you will hate the college. I specially hated the college canteen. But yeah. College koi bhi ho, sab gaaliya dete hai. Dost acche banao, memories banao and give your best. I missed alot of these things.
