As it is an autonomous institute its syllabus updates very often as per industry norms. Every course is designed very carefully considering the needs of the industry and can help in competitive exams as well. But there is always room for improvement, rather than being theory oriented teachers should teach courses practical or application-oriented.
The curriculum is great. It is mostly GATE-oriented. We do have some unnecessary subjects but students can clear them easily. We also have interdisciplinary subjects which are necessary for overall development but at the same time, feel like a burden. We also have elective subjects.

The manufacturing science curriculum is really good with respect to industry. Many things are really practical and prepare you for the industry. The industry relationship with the department is pretty good which provides many industrial intership opportunities. Exams are pretty tough Exams are 3 times in a semister like every month there are 2 mid-semester written exams and at end-sem again written exams no internal marks paper checking is strict exam hall is very strict not even the geometry box is allowed in the exam hall exam hall is equipped with 2 invigilator with surprise squad's and spare invigilators

For first year most of curriculum is 11th and 12th for some subjects we get new and other things than 11th and 12th but mostly is 11th 12th based. For 1st sem we had C Language and for 2nd sem data visualisation and preprocessing type of subject which were new for us. For 1st year I don't think so the curriculum really influence you for real world application, i need to wait for it for more 3 years. I think there is no need to improve curriculum because almost all aspects were cleared. Total 6 exams in one year, for 1st sem 2 midsem and one end semester exam. Gap between midsems 1 and 2 is generally one month or less. Similar for second sem also. Difficulty level of midsems we call it T1 and T2, is medium to low whereas endsemd are quite difficult because it covers whole syllabus. T1 and T2 contains only those topics which are covered earlier and also T2 don't contain those topics which are in T1 so that's good thing about it.

My curriculum is mostly work based which deals with manufacturing and industrial management. It deals with various aspects and need of manufacturing in todays world. Improvement needed is just that curriculum should be well organized according to todays need.

In terms of relevance computer course does stand strong and teaches us the basic required to survive in the industry. But in coep they still follow course a decade before curriculum and needs to be updated with the trending technologies in the industry.

Curriculum influenced many students decisions due to its alignment with industry standards and its similarity to IITs. Despite these strength some students suggest improvements. They advocate for updated teaching methods. Exams are held in three parts T1, T2 and end-semester exams. These assessment can be challenging, reflecting the rigorous nature of coursework.

As the implementation of National Education policy, the course is well structured. It's prepares us for real world application. Teaching is should be improved from my point of view. There is test one , test two and end semester exam for each semester.

The course and curriculum in college is quite industry oriented. In the first year, you have all the subjects that are present in all the enginnering colleges but from the second year, you have courses from industry you wanted to work in or you are opted to. And each of these courses, you have to make real life projects so that you can gain the technical knowledge and you will be prepared for industry.
