- Faculties are highly qualified having MS and PHD degrees from Premium Institutes IITs, NITs, and IISc
- The College have a great campus divided into two parts joined by an underground Subway. There are seperate Buildings for every Department
Dislikes
- The College has a Fee hike Policy of around 10000 Rs per year
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
There's a Tution Fee hike Policy in COEP Technological University the Tuition fees about 10000 Rs Every Year. Annual Total Fees is 135200 Rs. There's a Scholarship Section in the College Campus which guides Students about various Scholarships according to their financial conditions.

- The college envirnoment was very good. As it's one of the best institute under the state government facilities are up to date. Its an autonomus institute its syllabus is up to date as per industries need and covers all the important concepts needed
- for competative exams. One of the important that attracts many students is its placements. COEP provides you great placement opportunities as good as any NIT or lower IIT's.
Dislikes
- The way of teaching is very poor as compared to private institute.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
COEP is a government institute so its fees are less as compared to other colleges. For the general category, students complete course costs around 4 lakhs (90600 per year), and for OBC/VJNT students it is around 3 lakhs. SC/ST student fees are as low as 5000 per year. As COEP has been given a deemed university status, fees are considerably increased to 1,20,000 per year. Those who need financial aid can approach to Alumni Association which helps students with weaker financial conditions. Also, various private and government scholarships are there such as Schindler, Mahadbt(given by gov of Maharashtra).
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Students other than the general category get their scholarships from MahaDBT. Apart from this, the college receives huge support from the alumni association and industry. Students from all categories can get laptop support and scholarships for both college fees and hostel fees. Companies like Siemens and Cybage also provide scholarships.

- Technical clubs are pretty good specially automotive related then satelite club is good, robot study circle is intresting to join
- Boat club provide best view and also provide training to row nad other things
Dislikes
- Small campus reletive to iits also crowded roads to each campus is divided in 4 part because of road and flyovers
- Hostels are not good dirty bathroom no water most of times
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The fee is more expensive than other colleges but the facilities are good hostel fees were increased last year by 10000 and the college fee is also increased by 10-20k. Campus employment is available in some cases in library low stipend but industry interships are good some of the companies pay you more than 100000 lakhs for a month period with many facilities All fees are included in 84000 for the obc category. For the general category, it's 1.2+ lakhs per annum
Likes
- The campus is really good. The main attraction of the campus is the building which very old but very well maintained.
- The extracurricular activities held by college are awesome. College provide lots of internship like we recently had social internship this summer. Events like gathering, impression, mindspark makes the journey more enthusiastic.
Dislikes
- The faculty of my department is not that interested in teaching.
- Almost all subjects have practicals but some of them are not taken seriously.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
As I have EWS seat my total academic i.e. college fees is 125000. Tution fee is 15000 thousands and remaining is other fee. Be aware you will only get benefits on tution fee!!. College provide lots of scholarships and most of them are for women and for backward classes. General category barely get any scholarship. College also have mahadbt scholarship which can be used by all students. My hostel fee is 45000 and additional 10000 for deposit this all is for one year. For mess your bill will be most of time less than 5000/month. College don't ask for any money for exams, events, etc.

- Not any specific thing, good at almost everything
- Nothing more to say thats it nothing more that i disliked
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Fee structure of our college is quite affordable. Although various government scholarships like MahaDBT and private scholarships like Swadhar are provided to support students with less income. Fee structure includes various fees like gymkhana fees student development fees, etc. First year fees was 49,600/- and Second year fees was 69,250/-
Likes
- Coep is a reputed college in Maharashtra so you get the benifit of this fact in the placements
- It has a great campus situated in the heart of pune Shivajinagar
Dislikes
- Local politics is very much here. Even clubs accept people of their region only
- Faculties are not mainting the status of coep which it was before a decade.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Tution fee has recently increased in 2023 on conversion of coep into a university. Complete cost would be (for me) about rs 4,00,000 for four years. Since i am a open student i didn't receive any financial support bit surely obc and other caste has financial support and they have to pay half of the fees only(for obc).

- faculty thought everyone is talented so they teach us briefly

The tution fees are relatively low compared to other engineering institutions. Annual tution fees is INR 15000, with additional fees such development and other charges bringing total fees about INR 135000, per year. Caution Money (One Time): INR 5000 Tution fees (per year) 15000 Other fees (per year) 120000 In addition hostel fees are INR 45000 (per year) and INR 10000 (deposit), where mess charges are not included. Non-government scholarship are available, 100% tution fees waiver for SC/ST/VJNT/SBC category, 100% development and other fees waiver for SC/ST. COEP offers campus employment opportunities through its various schemes and programs.

- I specifically liked friendly environment of the people and senior.
- Coep is also called college of entertainment. Here studies are excellent but with that amazing event are regularly take place

- I think campus is small compared due other iit and nit
- Distance between college hostel and college building.

- COEP is one of the oldest engineering colleges in Asia. As it is the third oldest is Asia and second oldest in India after IIT Rouraki.
- There are many clubs are present in my college in total about more than 52 clubs are there. So if you wanna try luck in other than enginnering, it's the best place for you.
Dislikes
- The college hostel is some kinda old. The buildings are good but hostel management is worse.
- In college, the professors and teachers mostly focus on your grades. The exams are difficult here. So you have to work hard to get your grades.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
At the time of my admission, the fees are quite reliable or less. But last year, when my college became an university, there is hike in the tution fees and the hostel fees. The complete cost of my education would be around 5 lakhs most. But there are various scholarships given by the college itself like alumni association scholarship and many more. And some scholarships are given by corporate companies itself.
