SIMS Pune has released the 2024 placements report for the batch 2022-2024. The highest package was INR 23 LPA and the average package of top 100 was INR 16 LPA. The students bagged opportunities in BFSI, IT\ITES, Consulting, Manufacturing and Logistics, FMCG, Healthcare, Edtech and many other sectors. Some of the top recruiters of the placement drive were Accenture, BNY Mellon, Apollo Global Management, Salesforce, Google, EY, Gartner, J.P. Morgan, DXC Technology, Bank of America, Infosys etc.
During the SIMS Pune Summer Internship Placement 2024, the highest stipend stood at INR 4.24 lakhs for 2 months. The average stipend of top 50 students stood at INR 1.63 lakhs and the avergae stipend of top 100 students was INR 1.27 lakhs.

The highest package of 2024 was INR 23 LPA which has seen an increase by 7% as compared to the highest package of 2023 which was INR 21.5 LPA. The average package of top 100 of 2024 was INR 16 LPA which has also seen an increase by 14.28% in contrast with the average package of top 100 of 2023 which was INR 14 LPA. The average package of top 50 of 2024 was INR 18 LPA which is above compared to the average package of top 50 of 2023 which was INR 15 LPA.

SIMS' placement cell is quite active. They make certain that every student is placed. The average CTC is Rs 10,00,000 per year, with the greatest CTC's reaching Rs 20+ lakhs per year. Some of the primary industries that top corporations recruit include IT, retail, ed-tech, banking, FMCG, Cloud solutions, and so on.
Placement Experience:
The placement cell of SIMS is very active. They make sure that all students get placed. On an average, the ctc is Rs 9,50,000 per year and the highest can go upto Rs 26 lakhs per annum, as well. IT, Retail, Ed-tech, Banking, FMCG, Clou solutions, etc are some of the major industries from wheer top companies recruit.
Placement Experience:
The college provides 100% final placements. The higest package is around 24 lakhs per annum. Average package is 9.56 lakhs per annum. The maximum recruiters are from the Manufacturing sector as they are almost 37% of total recruiters, followed by IT (27%), Consulting (7%), FMCG (4%), etc. Star recruiters are deloitte, Accenture, HDFC Life, Viacom 18, KPMG, ICICI Bank, Nomura, etc. Summer internships also have partial placements., with the highest stipend being around 50000 Rs per month.

The students become eligible for placement in 3rd semester. The placement rate is 95 percent and most of the top companies visited the campus for different job roles. The average package is stood at 10.56 lakhs and the highest Salary offered is 24 lakhs I want to become a consultant after my course.

The placement facility was good. We also had internship placement after the first year. Lot of companies came on campus viz. Deloitte, Infosys, Gartner, HSBC, Taj, etc. to name a few. The average package was around 6-8 LPA.

SIMS has an outstanding placement record. In 2018, 225 students were placed in just 18 days. 92.8% placement was done in just 30 days. Highest CTC was 16.3 LPA. The top 150 students got an average CTC of 10.16 LPA. Live projects were offered by Travel Google, Bajaj Finance, etc. Star Companies on campus- Google, Deloitte, Piramal Realty, Deutsche Bank, EY, KPMG, and currently Namora, Credit Suisse & many more have joined SIMS recruitment list.

The college doesn't guarantee to get the students a job, but it makes sure to get the companies on the campus. As it is a college and not an employment forum.Since I haven't passed out yet, I can not comment on everything. But I can sight an example of Papa Zapata food outlet in Pune which is the business of former students from SIMS only. There is a placement cell in college as well.
