Stewart science college from a lens worth reading

Likes

The teachers are extremely friendly and helpful.
The lecturers are very accommodating and sincere in terms of taking classes regularly.
The academics in Stewart science college is never compromised.

Dislikes

The library should have more books about literature other than just academics.

Likes

There environment is so natural and beautiful.
There cultural program is so expensive and please for us.
Teachers are so supportive and helpful, cooperative.

Dislikes

The area of the college is too small and short.
There are number of girls are so much than the boys according to boys and girls ratio.
Class rooms are so dirty and there is no smart class room.

Curriculum activity are so enjoyable here and it is expensive for us Every year there are held sports and anual function and the rewards also have for the participants. Teaching methods are good but in computer science department there is only 3 faculty. So sometimes classes are suspended due to teacher absence. The exam time is so good for us. There are gives us 3hr per paper in semester.

Likes

Regular classes are taken and very less get cancelled.
Teachers are very supportive and help us with doubts when ask them.
The college holds seminars and allows all year students to attend it and have interaction.

Placement Experience:

ONGC, BARC visited the college. The average package which students getvis 25000. My plan after getting the degree is doing Masters in Geology. The final year students sir for the company placement when they arrive.

Highly qualified faculty and staff members . They are friendly as well.
Big class rooms with everything that a student required, ac rooms .
Clean room , having more than 35 computers in each class

Dislikes

College ground is not well maintained ..
There should be more places for parking.
Library is too small , there should be more water purifier.

In this college got some good facilities for students, Personally our department has good faculty students ratio , ac rooms , device student ratio is 1:1. We get roughly 4 to 5 months for a semester...

Likes

I like to improve our college campus and playground for play various sports
I very much happy to spend my life such a amusing new friend .
In this collage faculty's are very strict and his/her way of teaching must fabulous.

Dislikes

The library in our college is very small and insufficient book in there
Our college campus is very small as well as ground
In our college no canteen and no sports room

This course fee are very high and I learnt very less on the basis of course fee but I also enjoyed my college carrier to student of this collage so I am very happy to being student of this collage not for the teaching skill but also enjoy every moment.

Our university offers a course of 3 yr in bsc Physics And we appear in 6 semesters in 3 yrs and 2 semesters in each year And I think university should give us more time to prepare for exam as it's conducting exam in 2-3 months

And the practical classes and demonstrators are too good And it needs improvement in teaching methods of generic subjects And students should be given atleast 6 months for each semester as our university is conducting exam in 3 months

Experience of Stewart Sc. College

Likes

Its basically a science only college so the pupils are very competitive in their respective academic fields.
The labs and practical classes are well equipped.
Most of the lecturers are PhD holders and they are good teachers. They guide the students well.

Dislikes

Stewart doesn't focus on campus placements.
Hostel facilities are missing.So students who come from other states have to search for accomodation by themselves.
Infrastructure of this college is just poor.

Course Curriculum Overview:

So this college does all its academic activities as per the rules and regulations of Utkal University. The course that I chose is more of a theoretical part of physics and teaching methods accordingly was pretty effective.

This is one of the best science colleges in odisha. And also a good option for persuing any degrees in science

Dislikes

College doesn't provide placements and curriculum is not industry oriented

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is good only for higher studies coz you will be teaching with great conceptual clarity which helps you a lot in your masters degree. But curriculum is not job and placement oriented. So choose wisely according to your career.
