Eligibility:
Candidates should have passed 10+2 with 45% (General)/ 40% (Reserved) in science stream with PCM from a recognised board for are eligible for B.E Admissions.
Selection Criteria:
Selection will be done on the basis of merit of marks in 10+2 and TNEA counseling cut off marks for courses. The cut off for B.E program goes up to 189-193.
To be eligible for TNEA counseling, following candidates are eligible:
- Students from Tamil Nadu with 10+2 can apply.
- Children of army personnel and other government employees in Tamil Nadu can apply.
- Candidates should have qualified science stream in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry and Maths.
- A score of 50% for general category, 45% for OBC and 40% for SC/ST is required in PCM.
- The minimum of students should be 18 and maximum should be 25 to apply.

- It seemed they aren't well equipped and their course syllabus is good but teaching has to be improved.
- There are more than 30 companies which give jobs to students and 10 best companies are there which provide the highest salaries.

- The negative part of this college is hostel.No facilities provided in the room .all things must be bought by ours .The hostel fees also much higher.5 days in a week they provide non veg,that too not satisfied our expectations.

The curriculum is being revised each academic year based on recent trends and based on requirements from the industry side. The curriculum is matched with the SDG goals and each activities are matched with them. It also improves the sustainability among the students by motivating them to be involved in innovation which could help solve real-world problems. Apart from this curriculum students are made to take 3 internal exams each semester and a final semester exam. Teachers are using the smart boards to take classes.

- Very strict compared to other colleges around here

Sri Sai Ram Institute of Technology is one among Sairam Group of Institutions, it has around 6 engineering departments - CSE, IT, EEE, ECE, Mech, Civil, AIDS, CCE, and 2 ME courses. 2. IT - Information Technology dept has a well-equipped lab, friendly staff students ecosystem. 3. On average every year around 120 get into the dept. 4. Exams are conducted every month and they are strictly considered for internals as the college becomes autonomous. 5. Staffs are qualified ones with at least M.E or M.Tech as their qualification. 6. 1:15 is the staff students ratio.

I choose b.tech information technology because of my interest in technology and coding.Our college faculty and student ratio is approximately 1:5.Most of our faculty members had completed master degree and are experienced people.They are teaching in a good and cool manner and everyone is friendly.We are provided exam for every month regularly.In exams,the questions are difficult to answer and our college is providing good source of knowledge.In exams we always used to get indirect questions to improve our knowledge.

The maximum no. of students in the class will be 60. The difficulty of our exam paper will be moderate only and sometimes hard too.
