I choose this course because it has good campus placement in my college. The qualification of the faculties is M.tech. The exam will be conducted on time without any delay. The exam is average not too much difficult.
Exams are conducted twice per semester. These marks are verified and then the student is given the opportunity to take the University exam. This exam is conducted once per semester. Exams have moderate difficulty. Anyone can get through this by studying for a week.
I choose this course to improve my skills and study basics of most important language. Also every branch produce minor and advanced courses to improve the skills in other branches and students can study advance level of programing language. Faculty of every branches is so approchable and helpful towards students.
The curriculum and course are extremely good. We have good and hardworking faculty and students. Most of the faculties are qualified and experienced. Exams are conducted frequently and a person can pass if he has attended classes.
It is an aided college so student's have Kerala government decided fee, even for management students, who have to give donation at the time of joining which will be lakhs. Fees will be refunded to students from economically backward families producing certificate.
Extremely outdated syllabus is follwing. NOT SINGLE HANDEDLY BY OUR COLLEGE, BUT EVERY ENGINEERING INSTITUTION COMES UNDER KTU, Kerala Technological University, named after APJ Abdul Kalam. The first year syllabus is really a shit. Myself, a computer science student, learning Civil, Physics, Chemistry, Mechanics, etc. shitty courses for nothing. First year is really intorable as a technically passionate student as concerned. Only one of ten papers is only related with computer science. Extremely disappointing for me, since, comparing to tier I colleges, this is a major fallback for tier III universities like KTU. Really really outdated syllabus is follwed by every colleges under the KTU. I have seen a statistical report that 90% of passouts are unfit for engineering sector. What's the point in not knowing how to code properly even after 1st year of computer science course? First year extremely shitty. So use the time to do some extra activities out of the textbook. I spent mostly on doing MOOC courses, which are far far better the university's syllabus.Societies like IEEE, IEDC etc. are there to rescue students. Seniors from our college are really supportive, and always tell us there mistakes and motivate us not to fall in those again.
I have a positive remarks about the college curriculum because it is really helpful to have a good opinion about the faculty of NSS college because all of them are more or less best equally qualify to job. All of them have atleast Mtech in their field and have a better long experience in teaching field
Faculties working here has a very good knowledge about the subject and got a very nice calculative mind indeed because, every faculty in the college will complete every semester without fail of leaving any subject in dead, with the help of the coordination between them. The faculties are giving real industrial exposure in the computer related fields
The syllabus has been updated again for the freshers. The faculties from almost all the departments are top notch, but many are getting retired soon. College truly focuses on academics along with extracurricular activities.
In my opinion, I believe the fee is feasible when you consider the fact that engineering is technical field with a good scope in future. The total fee is 31,281 rupees for the four year course which is feasible.
