Remarks

The admission was on the basis of KEAM rank. For admission to my course needs at least a keam rank of 3000 or below for general students. For sc/st 14000 is enough. For EWS 4000 is enough. For OBC 3500 is enough.

I choose this course because it has good campus placement in my college. The qualification of the faculties is M.tech. The exam will be conducted on time without any delay. The exam is average not too much difficult.

There are many internships offered every year in my college, especially for my branch. Even the students who are not the 4th-year student is getting internships for different companies. There are many internships in different branches of computer Science and Engineering.

In my college, my branch has around 96% placement of average package of 400000. My plan is to get a job in a good company. The companies like Infosys, TCS, IBM, Wipro, etc. The highest package is 3300000.

Fees and Financial Aid

The tuition fee per year is 9650. The exam fee is around 5000. This is a scholarship offered by the state government and central government. Collage alumina is also give scholarships But there are many criteria for this scholarship.

Campus Life

There are many groups like NSS (National Service Schemes)which has two units. There is IEEE, IEDC, etc. Like the above groups, there are many groups that are beneficial for campus placements like Tinker hub, etc.

Students in 7th and 8th semester are eligible to sit for campus placements. Companies like Oracle, Goldman Sachs, L&T, Bajaj, Caterpillar and PSU's like BEL,HPCL and BPCL come to the college usually the coding companies offer aroung 35-40 LPA CTC and the core PSU companies offer around 17-18 LPA. Highest Package is 51 LPA and an Average Package of 12 LPA. Nearly 85% students from Circuit and CS branch get placed and around 60% in core branches who sit for placements, My plans after getting the degree is to join MBA to learn how business world works and how the money flows

Placement Experience:

There is a good placement cell in RIT Kottayam. From the 6th semester onwards students got placement training and career guidance classes and there are various clubs to improve your aptitude and chances to get the job through placement. The major recruiters of the campus are Oracle, Microsoft, Allianz, MRF, IDBI Bank, Infosys IBM, TCS, VVDN, WIPRO, Suntec EXPERION etc. There is about 75 % of students get placed every year. My plan after getting the degree is to go for higher studies.

A honest review on NSSCE Palakkad

For admission,you have to write KEAM examination amd secure a decdnt rank as this is one of the most demanded colleges in kerala.You have to appear in allotment process and join if you gets tge allotment.The admission procedure was so smooth and as per KEAM rules.
