The course curriculum is strictly followed and timely updated by the faculty through Google Classroom, which is a very good off-class communication medium between the teacher and the students.
Yes, Model Institute of Engineering and Technology (MIET) in Jammu provides internships for 4th year students and also offers great opportunities for freshers.

Dislikes

Yes, everything is in proper order, except there was a fake placement drive due to an irresponsible placement coordinator.
I did an internship at HCL without a stipend. In fact, we had to pay 20000 to HCL. However, it was the worst experience Ive had during an internship.

Placement Experience:

Pre-campus placements starts just after the completion of the 3rd semester and recruiters from the companies such as Pepsi, Coke, Hdfc, ICICI, ITC, etc. vists the university campus and give jobs to the students with a minimum salary of 3.5 lakh - 6 lakh. Almost 50% students from my batch get the placements from the university's placement cell.

From the 3rd semester, students become eligible for campus placement. Companies like WIPRO, ITC, ICICI PRUDENTIAL, ICICI BANK , HDFC BANK etc visit our campus. The maximum package they offer was of Rs. 12 lakh and minimum package was of Rs. 4.5 lakh.

After the completion of 2nd-semester exams, the students become eligible for the campus placements and companies like HDFC, ICICI, Pepsi, etc. are the companies that visits the campus and provide internship opportunities to the students and offer them a salary of 4 lakh- 7 lakh per year and almost 55-60% of students get the campus placements.

My batch got 100% placement. The campus provides good placement opportunities as compare to other B- SCHOOLS in jammu. The highest package was of Rs. 7 lakh and the lowest package was of Rs. 2.5 lakh . Companies like OPPO, ITC , HDFC etc often visit our campus.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I wanted to do post graduation after B.com so I opted for MBA. About faculty, there were 6-7 teachers all of them were well qualified and their teaching skills were great too. In a two year of MBA course their 2 minor exams and 2 major exams each year along with assignments and presentations on topics given by the teachers.
