The admission process was bit tiring like we had to visit college for like 4 times. They had cut off chemistry department for above 75 % . Ever information regarding addmission process is available on their official website so it was to get the info about date, fee ,form. There was shortage of subject availablity. Like if you're below 70 you won't get subject regarding your own Choice

Admission was easy and smooth and we got admission on the basis of class 12th percentage and although I filled the form of jk admissions and through that I got a seat here and from there my journey started

The admission process was simple and easy due to online exam of cuet the admission i received college according to my cuet numbers the cutoff was 58 percent the aspects of admission process i dint like was my cuet entrance exam centre was very far from my home which cause a lot of problem.

Applications are easily available on the college website along with the necessary information about the college premises. There is a regular update on the information for the students. Students are admitted through the merit of their performance in the previous board exam. After the process, the seats are allocated to the students with their preferences for courses. The Faculties are highly qualified professionals. Teaching method depends upon teacher but most of the staff is supportive. Faculty to students ratio should be around 1:20. Every semester has two exams, namely minor and major.

You can opt for any cource related to your 12th class science subjects they are may option combinations of 3 subjects.You can see the combination by going on website of clujammu.com.Next, One is optional one which will be provided to you by the college faculty. so totally 4 subjects you have to study. I have choosed botany, chemistry and zoology subjects as my own subjects. Then you have 6 semesters. Each semester will contain 1 minor test of 20 marks and 1 major exam of 80 marks of each subject. If there is any pratical exam consists 25 marks of internal and 25 marks if external. Rather, faculty are very good. I love Zoology faculty by my own experience. All the teachers of all the faculty are brilliant and they are well educated. Each of atleast Phd in their respective subjects. so overall very nice.
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have opted the course B.Sc with subjects as General English, mathematics, Physics and Geology. The subjects were not easy but the facality of the college was experienced in there subjects, so I haven't faced any problems with my subjects.The subjects I have chosen help me to get M.Sc seat in University of Jammu
Admission:
College is overall good, it is the heritage college established by Prince of Whales, so it is also known as Erstwhile Prince of Whales college. The only bad thing is, despite being a heritage college administration doesn't pay attention to the infrastructure of the college which they should be preserving like a heritage site.

If you have to go in academics line then the college is best in entire state.Faculty is excellent. Campus is awesome.

Yes, you are eligible for admission to biotechnology course after completing 10+2 with PCM as the eligibility criteria mentioned by the institute for admission is passed 10+2 from recognized board of education.
Yes, PCB students can also apply for the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Biotechnology. The admission process for the course is closed now for the 2022 – 2025 academic session but you can try again in the next academic session.
