Passion for understanding economic systems and their impact on society drove me to pursue a Master's in Economics. The MA in Economics, curriculum equips me with both practical and skill for real-world application and a solid foundation for advanced academic pursuits. Integrate real-world case studies and industry collaborations to enhance applications in MA in Economics.Update the curriculum to include emerging economic trends and digital tools for comprehensive skill development. Teaching methods should be based kn the syllabus. Teachers should use digital tools to present the ideas and make effective in teaching and learning method. The Main Entrance called CPGEE is held in the month of July(especially last week). One who wants to crack the exam, mustccomplete the UG syllabus of Cotton University. Exam is difficult based on my experience.

I chose this course because of my interest and I also did my bachelor's in economics. I mostly prefer economics in a more quantitative nature. This course taught me some of the intermediate and advanced concepts of the usual economics papers. I also had some specialization papers like Econometric Methods and Advanced Quantitative Techniques. The faculty-Student ratio is about 10:54 or 5:27. Manisha Sharma is our Head of the Department. Most of the professors are having Ph.D. from Gauhati University and IIT Guwahati and some are still pursuing. I like the overall teaching method of the faculty. However, I do have to mention Dr. Gataun Mazumdar who is excellent at interacting with the students and always use to give some real-world examples whenever he used to teach us. He is specialized in Macroeconomics and has a Ph.D. degree from Amsterdam. The exams are usually held on time but due to the covid situation, the exams were a bit late. The paper level was quite moderate.
Sociology is a interdisciplinary course and The subject matter is diverse and can cover anything from race, social class, crime and law, poverty, education and more theoretical wider issues such as the impact of radical change to whole societies. our syllabus is updated with the new global issues. Faculties are very much effortive to teaching us.
The syllabus of political science in cotton university is very much updated. Our course is not having any any laboratory system because there is not necessary anything as a arts student. Faculties were very good and they very much encouraged us.
The syllabus is very updated. The University puts great effort in the syllabus. The faculty is very involved with the students. Students are provided with a lot of cultural, technical and academic exposure. The faculty from every department are very involved and encouraging. The environment is very liberal.
Professor explanation is good they teach in a very diligent manner but course completion is not in time, not doubt faculty members are good but other than that course is a must for us as a students that's all
