- Every year, the Department changes the curriculums in an attempt to make them the best for the students. There are four exams every semester, one of which will be an assignment.
- Industries today are connecting with all possibilities to hire the best talent from Assam.
Dislikes
- The college provides an internship to students from other colleges, and there is no stipend given. However, the student can avail hostel and mess facilities by paying a reduced amount of money.
- The last placement was a very long time ago, I guess in 2008 or earlier. It was in local news channels that used to pay very little

During our time it was from the score we got in CUET exam but now it takes admission both its own entrance exam (TUEE, 80% seats) and CUET (20% seats) The admission process is online now, similar to the Delhi University admission process but the document verification is offline

To get admitted in one of the B.Tech courses one needs to appear in Jee mains. 60% of the total seats in a branch are reserved for the students who are from North-East. The university opens a portal after jee mains for the rest of the seats. we can participate through JOSAA and CSAB counseling.

The admission process was based on the jee marks of the students who applied. The students were given preference for branch selection based on their jee marks. Different counciling sessions were organised based on vacancies and students were called upon based on the same.

- Overall academic life is good. Teachers are intereactive.
- You will get opportunity to enhance your skills.

- Placement scenario is not that good. It can do better.
- More practical real life challenges need to be introduced rather than just theoretical knowledge.

Admission is to this course is based on JEE rank. No such other test is conducted for the same. Reservation criteria is available for North East people also known as North East quota. Remaining comes through general allocation. Application and all details will be available in the official website during admission period.

- Infrastructure and the campus was good. Hostels were clean and spacious. The management looked into the students needs and the faculty were knowledgeable.
- Annual fest was very nicely arranged and plenty of competition among hostels

- The mess food was subpar and suggestions were not taken into account.
- Limited wifi connectivity. The wifi speed was also very slow.

Eligibility was JEE qualified and the application can be found in the college website in the month of April. Reservation was as per government guidelines. 4 exams total in a span of 6 months. No GD/PI and interview for bachelors.

- I like the campus of Tezpur University and it’s infrastructure. It is a very nice place to study with greenery and everything is easily available in the campus itself and the university is very clean and maintains its campus beauty very well.
- The hostel are also very good of Tezpur University. The hostels provide 3 time meals breakfast, lunch and dinner. That too in a very minimal fees i.e. 2450 per month. The hostel has its own canteen also where we can have our evening snacks.
Dislikes
- The thing that I dislike the most is that the University is very far from the main town and we have to cross a village before reaching the University i.e. 11km(approx) from main town and there is no proper rate of fare to the University it depends 🕰

One has the crak CUET to get admission in the course. The struggle is fierce to get here as one have to score a really good marks. Although the reservation benefits are there. The CUET exam often come about mid may to june.

- The environmental spitting eyeshadow surrounding is beautiful the roads are clean there is greenery all around
- The classes are held properly not much of the classes are cancelled and are held on time
Dislikes
- The teachers day take a lot of extra classes you are so it very hard for a students to give time to themselves and prepared your own skills
- The gym is very small and does not many people can accommodate in the university gym

Reservation benefits are there if you are SC or stu need to have lower cut of marks to get into the University. Exams are hel almost every other month so there is not much time to prepare for every exam

The admission process is quite smooth and this forms are available online and just strange need to apply through the online mode and they have to visit the campus for offline counseling . The cut of marks are competitively less compared to nits and other gftis and you get good branches in a little lower percentile and here the admission process is actually offline based. So the students have to visit the campus for their counseling and also student facing measure issue for PRC because the northeast candidates had to have their PRC to get the North quota so they don't give admission for North east quota.
