About AdtU
Assam down town University (ADTU) was set up in the year 2010 with the aim of providing quality education to North East students at an affordable price. The university is recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education, the University Grants Commission, the Pharmacy Council of India, the Indian Association of Physiotherapy, and the Indian Nursing Council.

Assam down town University Admission
The selection of candidates for the B.Tech program is done on the basis of the JEE Mains score. Admission to all other courses is granted based on the merit scored in the qualifying examinations. For MBA admission, MAT scores are also accepted.
Admission to the Ph.D. program is based on the Entrance exam conducted by the university.

Assam down town University Scholarship
ADTU offers scholarships and financial assistance for deserving students, as well as a common scholarship test for eligible students. Up to 100% Scholarships are available for high-achieving students. The following scholarships have been made available to the candidates of the Assam down town University:
- Admission Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to meritorious students based on the scores obtained by them in SEBA/CBSE/ISC etc. examinations. This scholarship is provided through a percentage discount on the semester fees.
- Result Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to the top scorers of the annual or semester examinations of the university. Under this scholarship, the semester fees of the student can be reduced to a maximum of 50%.
- Merit Scholarship: This scholarship is offered to those meritorious students who are from economically backward families. A special committee is set by the university to decide the percentage of deduction (up to 100%) to be imposed on the semester fees.
- Sports and Extra-Curricular Scholarship: The University has arranged scholarship programs for meritorious sportspersons as well.

Assam down town University Facilities
ADTU Guwahati facilities and infrastructure are state-of-the-art, including specialized labs such as a medical simulation lab and a GAIT lab. The campus also offers sports facilities such as a Futsal ground, basketball court, cricket field, and football field for the students. ADTU has also forged international partnerships with prestigious universities and organizations, providing students with a diverse and multicultural learning environment.
ADTU also offers a plethora of extracurricular activities and student life opportunities. The university hosts a youth fest called “Attitude” an in-house social media app “Aconnect” and multi-cuisine in-campus canteens. Additional amenities such as digital libraries, in-house medical centers, an amphitheater, and a cinema hall are also available at the campus. The university encourages students to participate in research and innovation activities and provides them with resources and support to conduct research and support innovation and entrepreneurship.
The campus is spread across 50 Acre Eco-Friendly Green Campus and has various facilities like a 24/7 e-library, seamless Wi-Fi connectivity, digital classrooms, indoor and outdoor game zones, a swimming pool, an amphitheater, a cinema hall, and Faculty & Students Exchange Programme. - Poorly managed time table for the Post graduation students, as classes are few but we had to stay till 5 to go back home.

to Enroll in the MBA they asked me about my past markesheet for class 10,12 and graduation. Application fee was 500 rupees and based on your marks you were given scholarship. application process was very smooth and very fast, there was no hassle in the system ad nothing that I didn't liked.

- Good infrastructure, Huge campus , and full of greenary, beautiful sights and viewpoints.
- Facilities like canteens, vending machine for food , drinking water always available, neat and clean classrooms and washrooms
Dislikes
- Inexperienced faculty, mainly teacher of 1st and 2nd semester.
- Outdated curriculum, and the computer in the labs are slow and of low specifications
Admission:
No eligibility criteria as such there is direct admission. Application from can be found both from college and online through the college website. 1K have to be paid for admission form too. No reservations benefits. The exam timings are ridiculous no gaps within exams . Three exams in one semester 2 sessional , 1 final and 2 quizzes, 2 projects , 1 presentation.

- At first the view of campus is very beautiful it is like somewhere mountain view in this plains areas nd the classroom are quite big and it has more then 50+ courses so many opportunities to studies.
- They conduct a yearly fest which is more fun than anything and have many canteens to enjoy our meal. Infrastructure is also beautiful
Dislikes
- The rules which we have to follow still like a kid. In gate security doesn't allow us to go out before 3pm even there is no classes then also and have to climb 100 stairs early morning because they don't allow us to go from road side
- Washroom facilities sometimes is dirty Evan housekeeping staff do their job properly and there is no UPI in canteen which is much needed in this time because nobody keeps cash with them nowadays
Admission:
For admission University conduct one entrance which is online and through that entrance a students can get admission even you can get scholarship and the questions will be basic so no need to worry much study basic from the field which you're applying and nowadays they also see CUET

- Campus is having good greenery, clean environment.
- Good infrastructure and facility is provided with 24/7 water and electricity supply

- Lack of professional teachers is the main problem.
- Canteen food is very expensive and not available all the time

In my case admission process was smooth all you have to do is visit the campus, go to the admissions department, fill the form which charges 500/- and deposit the initial admission fee along with security fee and administration fee. However nowadays admissions for UG and PG are taken through CUET, cut off is not fixed.

- The beahviour of guards are very rude and disrespectful.
- I didn't like the distance. As the college campus is very huge. Students need to walk a long way.

The eligibility of this course is that, one should must be graduate. You can take admission through paying fees on your own or you can take an education loan too. The course is Little bit of tough but if you are interested to business management then you can go ahead.

- The campus surely have a great greenery and proper cleanliness and proper hygiene and good environment.
- Infrastructure is also good and 24/7 power and water supply is there. All necessary instruments for laboratory work and computers are available in good conditions.
Dislikes
- Faculties of Science are somewhat good, not very supportive. And also in paramedical the Faculties are less trained and very unprofessional in teaching terms.
- Wifi facility is available but not having a good speed to access data resources from internet at any point of the campus.
Admission:
Course eligibility of a student must have 50% in he's or her higher secondary examination and cutoff may varies for CUET UG every year. To know more, visit the college campus to get the form to apply and to talk about reservation if applicable. The course examination is conducted in semester terms and 2 sessional exam is also conducted as an internal assessment along with assignments.

Then there will be an orientation program where 1st sem student gather and get tight with information about the system of a college . Eligibility of the course (BTECH) is 60% or above in CBSE 12th board examination . Examination are quite mid-level difficult and are well-planned and there is enough space between mid terms. There is scholarship test,where you can get 50,60,70 as well as 100 percent scholarship which will be dependent tp your perfomance or marks. For admission process first you have to do registration in the admission portal,if you are eligible then you have to give security deposit and admission fee.

Assam down town University does not offer the BTTM course. It offers the BTech, BHM, BBA, BCA, BSc, BSW, BPT, MBA, MA, MCom, MSc, MA, MPharma and PhD course.
