The application process for the graduate program and post-graduate program is common and available in both online and offline modes. Candidates have to purchase the prospectus ID and key before applying. Candidates have to apply for the entrance test online through the respective official websites.

Offline Mode of Application

• The prospectus and application form can be obtained at the Tapesia Campus or Azara Campus.
• Candidates can also download the application form from the official website.
• The cost of the prospectus is INR 600 (INR 650 if requested by post).
• The form fee can be paid through cash/DD/Net banking/credit card/debit card.

Online Mode of Application

• Visit the online application portal of the university.
• Register with a valid email and follow the steps of the application given on the portal.
• The application form has to be submitted online along with the prospectus ID and prospectus key.
• The application fee of INR 600 (INR 650 if paid offline by post) can be paid through net banking/credit card/debit card/cash/DD.
• If a candidate wants to pay the fee offline, he/she has to download the submitted application form and post it to the university’s campus.

Assam Don Bosco University (ADBU) in Guwahati offers a Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) program. Below is a detailed fee structure for the BCA program at ADBU. Please note that fees may vary, and it's recommended to verify the latest information with the university.

1. Tuition Fee:

   • INR 37,000 per semester

2. Admission Fee (one-time):

   • INR 30,000 (payable at the time of admission)

3. Registration Fee (one-time):

   • INR 6,000 (payable at the time of admission)

4. Examination Fee:

   • INR 1,500 per semester

5. Library Fee:

Assam Don Bosco University does not have any state quota for Assam Students. However, it follows the reservation policy of UGC and provides reservation to SC and ST candidates.

The State of the Art Campus located in Guwahati is recognised as the best campus for exploring social life. It is spreaded in 80 acres of land. This campus comprises of 20 Indian States and 5 countries students coming from different culture and living together.

Assam Don Bosco Unviersity follows the guidelines of UGC in providing seats. The university reserves 15% seats for SC candidates and 7.5% seats for ST candidates. There are 60 seats offered in each discipline of B.Tech.

The minimum required percentage to be eligible for admission to BCA is 45% in the aggregate of 10+2 examinations. The candidates with Mathematics subject in 10+2 will have an advantage in admission. The final selection will be done on the basis of personal interview.

The registrations for PG admissions at Assam Don Bosco University have already been closed for the 2023 academic session.

Assam Don Bosco University does not offer B.Ed.
