- National Fellowship and Scholarship for Higher Education of ST Students- Ministry of Tribal Affairs
- These scholarships provide financial support to ST students to pursue higher degree courses like MPhil, Ph.D or integrated M.Phil + Ph. D.
- A minimum aggregate of 55% marks at PG level from a recognised university is required to be eligible for National Fellowship Scholarships.
- Students eligible for IIM Ranchi Scholarships are selected on a merit-basis.
- There is no minimum Income criteria for students eligible under the National Fellowship Programmes.
- The maximum age should be 36 years, as on the first day of July of the relevant year of the award of scholarship.

- Merit-cum means based scholarship scheme belonging to the Minority Communities
- The Merit-cum means based Scholarships assist financial support to the poor and meritorious students belonging to minority communities to pursue professional and technical courses.
- Students should possess an aggregate of more than 50% marks (or equivalent grade in the previous final examination).
- The annual income of a student’s parents/guardians from all sources should not exceed INR 2.50 lakhs.
- Students from minorities sections are eligible to apply for IIM Ranchi Scholarships under Minorities like Muslims, Sikhs, Christians, Buddhists, Jain and Zoroastrians (Parsis) under Section 2 (c) of the National Commission for Minorities Act, 1992.

- Central Sector Scholarship Scheme (CSSS) of Top Class Education for SC Students- Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment
- CSS Scheme provides financial support to meritorious students from SC background willing to pursue degree programs.
- Students should have an annual family income up to INR 4.5 lakh per annum to be eligible for CSS Scholarship.
- As reimbursement, this scholarship covers major finances like tuition fees, non refundable charges, lodging & boarding charges, books & stationery charges and cost of IT equipment for the first year.
- Eligible students can apply through NSP Portal i.e. https://scholarships.gov.in when the scholarships are being activated.

- Scheme of Scholarship for Top Class Education for Students with Disabilities
- Students with disabilities (SwD) pursuing a graduate/ postgraduate program in a recognised institute are eligible for this scholarship.
- Students with a gross family income less than INR 6,00,000/- per annum, are eligible to apply for the scholarship.
- Total scholarship seats available under the stated scheme is 300.

- Pradhan Mantri Uchchatar Shiksha Protsahan (PM-USP CSSS) Yojana- Department of Higher Education
- A component scheme known as the Central Sector Scheme of Scholarships for College and University Students (PM-USP CSSS)
- Students with gross parental / family income up to Rs. 4.5 lakh per annum are eligible for scholarship under the scheme.
- Students scoring at least 50% marks in the Final Examination and maintaining at least 75% attendance shall be eligible for renewal of scholarship in their next year.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Fee structure is as follows : - 1. Course fee is 17.5 Lakhs for 2 years (Including hostel fees) and addtional for food you have to pay. Total is around 20 lakhs. There are also some financial assistance for economical weaker sections of the society. In addition to that there are certain merit-cum-means scholarships available as well. There is mandatory Summer Internship program which everyone has to undergo. For final placements, the average package is around 20 lakhs.

- I disliked the number of subjects in a term. It should be lessened out.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Generally, the fees of a college is proportional to the average package offered in placements. The fees of my college is around 19 lakhs including everything. The fees is at a moderate level I would say. There is also a Merit-cum-means scholarship policy in the college where the students are also eligible for a full refund of the fees incase they match the scholarship criteria of merit and means.

- The college is located in a very quite place and the sky here is beautiful. All my stress is reuced just by stiiting on the lawn and playing with the dogs. yes, the campus is Animal friendly and the dogs are also friendly and vaccinated.
- The diversity of students increased my peer learning and brings the best out of me.
Dislikes
- Long Hours of classes that happens when the classes are rescheduled.
- since the college is on the outskirts of the city, there are not much happening places near the campus.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
Our fee is1790000 which includes accomodation and academic fees. Although mess fee is 27000 per trimester which is to be paid separately. It might seem expensive at first but IIM Ranchi has a Memorandum of Understanding signed with various banks, which helps the students to avail collateral free loans at very subsidised rate of interest. Additionally, loans have a moratorium period of 1 year. In addition to that college also provides various scholarships which can be looked for on the official website of the institute. One of them is 'Means cum Merit scholarship' which acts as a fee waiver which altogether makes it quite affordable.

- Well built campus with all the facilities including the hostels, library, classrooms, mess and reading rooms.
- Student run clubs, committees, groups where one gets a fair chance to work in teams and be a part of organizing body, which provides a hands-on experience of managing events and networking with people.
Dislikes
- Sports facilities can be better but the institute is still in its phase 2 of construction, so better infrastructure will soon be available.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The tution fee for IIM Ranchi is 17,90,000 for 2 years, including hostel fees, academic fees and all other chargable components. Rupees 27000 per trimester are to be paid as mess fee. As soon as a candidate gets selected by the institute, the banking partners of the institute offer education loans to the students at very low interest rates and that too, without any collateral security, any third-party guarantee. The maximum loan amount is 40 lakhs which makes an MBA from such a prestigious institute, quite affordable. In addition to this, scholarships like Means cum Merit scholarship are provided by IIM Ranchi, waiving-off fee for the candidates who are awarded this scholarship.(Details for this and other scholarships can be checked out on the official website of the institute). The Institute provides amazing campus employment opportunities with renowned brands like Titan, JPMC, GSK, BMW, Morgan Stanley, etc visiting the campus with lucrative stipends and CTC.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions:
The fee structure is similar to any 2nd gen IIM. I took a loan and my entire fees including mess food and everything was INR 1750000. There were quite a lot of opportunities for scholarships including SC/ST scholarships and IDFC bank scholarships based on need and even government-provided grants were also given. Moreover, I got into a 2-month summer internship program and earned 1 Lakh per month (The combined total for 2 months was 2 Lakh)

The fees are very comparable to other IIM and with the shifting to the permanent campus, it is very much worth it. The college also provides scholarships to the less fortunate thereby also making a positive impact on society.

- There are not too many shops in the campus.

The overall fee for a two-year program is 20 lac something and you can easily avail of a loan for the fee. The college has tie-ups with many banks, which will easily sanction your student loans. The scholarship details are mentioned on IIM Ranchi's admission portal.

In terms of scholarships, the college does not provide any scholarships however state governments do provide some interest subsidies in a few cases.

For my MBA course, I am paying 15 lakhs approx for the whole 2 years. Fees hike is there yearly around 6% on all courses. The cost of the study is a little steep but that is across all the IIMs and other MBA colleges. So it should be reasonable. What is not reasonable is the fee taken from us when we were studying online and still computer charges, hostel rent fee and other seats of the fee were taken from us as well. It is understandable that there are fixed costs to the college. But the college administration should also think from the student's perspective as well and any reduction will help a student considering that most of them have taken heavy loans. Scholarships are from the government and none are college sponsored. So you won't get any financial assistance from the college. The internship and final placement you will get from the college are dependent on the current market conditions. So you cannot predict the exact amounts. However, it is good for a tier-2 college and you should keep your expectations in check.
