BBAU is a central university approved by UGC located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. It offers 139 undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral degrees across departments in Pharmacy, Agriculture, Commerce, Computer Applications, Education, Engineering, Law, Humanities, and Management. It provides B.Tech, B.Pharm, BCA, BA, B.Com, BBA, MCA, MBA, and Ph.D etc. Integrated programs of BBA + LLB and B.Sc + M.Sc are provided as well. The flagship course of B.Tech is available across different specializations like Civil Engineering, Mechanical & Automobile Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and ECE. The average course fee of the First-year B.Tech program is INR 1.1 Lakh, depending on the chosen specialization.
For admission to UG-level programs, students must clear the JEE Main/CUET UG exams with the required cutoff marks. Admissions to PG-level programs at BBAU are primarily based on the scores secured in CUET PG. But, admission to MBA programs requires students to have a valid score in the CAT/CUET PG score. Students with valid CUET UG/ CUET PG scores and who fulfill the program-specific eligibility criteria are then called for the counseling process.

Ques. What are the selection criteria for Ph.D admission to BBAU?
Ans. At BBAU, Ph.D programs are offered across several disciplines like History, Political Science, Public Administration, English, Sociology, Horticulture, Law, etc. Students must have a master's degree in the relevant discipline with 55% from a recognized university. The final selection is conducted based on the Ph.D entrance test, followed by an interview or a valid score in ICAR/ICMR/DBT/GATE/GPAT/SLET/JRF or NET.
Ques. Can I get admission in BBAU through CUET?
Ans. Students can get admission into UG & PG programs of BBAU through the Common University Entrance Test (CUET). Students getting admission into UG courses are accepted based on their CUET UG exam score. While for PG admissions, students need to appear for the CUET PG exams.

What is the admission policy at BBAU?
The admission process for BBAU Lucknow is pretty straightforward. From the academic session 2023-24 onwards, a new Admission Policy 2023-24 has been put in place. Admission to all UG and PG programs will be done on the basis of a valid CUET (UG/PG) score through the SAMARTH portal. You can access it via- https://bbau.samarth.edu.in/index.php/site/login
In Phase I of the admission process, a merit list is published by the university, following which the selected candidates can secure their seats through payment of fees. Vacant seats (if any) are filled in consecutive phases as applicable.

BBAU does not offer B.Pharma program at the univesity campus. The university offers Pharmacy programs only at the master’s and doctoral levels.
The admission process of the BA course is you have to qualify for the written test of the BBAU online test. You have to score valid so that the process will be followed by the counseling process.
