Dislikes
- I most dislike about this college is mess food and hostels rules.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Except main gate and some hostels like 1 and 2 everything is quite good in terms of infrastructure. We have buildings like Prabha Bhawan, VLTC, Gargi and Aurobindo Hostels, and Acharya Bhawan. You won't get such infrastructure in any other NITs even in many IITs. Except 4th year, you aren't allowed to choose courses by yourself. It's a drawback that there is no major and minor course culture at MNIT. You will be stuck in your branch courses.
Placement Experience :
One of the best T&P Cells you can find in an engineering college. All thanks to Prof. S.L. Soni sir and team. T&P Cell always provide new opportunities time to time. If you are eligible for placement, you have quite a good chance to be placed. More than 100 companies visited last year for recruitment. Also if you have a good CGPA, you will get opportunities to do foreign internships under DAAD and the student exchange program.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For first semester: Tution fee = 62500 Institute fee = 21450 Admission fee = 1000 One time payment at the time of addmission = 16600 Group insurance= 765 Total for first semester= 102315 For second semester: Tution fee=62500 Admission processing fee= 1000 Institute fee = 21450 Total for second semester=84950
Campus Life :
Campus life of mnit is very good every facilities are available inside the campus. And it organized Rajesthans one of the biggest cultural fest named "BLITZSCHALAG" may be some selling error. And it's technical fest name SPHINX. And youth FEAT also done by think India mnit Jaipur club.
Hostel Facilities :
At MNIT, Jaipur campus and hostel one will get every facility that a student should have. A fully equipped gym will be at disposal of the students. A football ground, cricket ground, basketball courts, volleyball courts, indoor and outdoor tennis courts etc are also made available to the students in the college itself. On average, advance hostel and mess fees come to around INR 32K to 47K.
Admission :
If you are a sports person,you will get many chances to represnt college at various platforms. Also except table tennis facilities are quite good for every sports like football or tennis or cricket. There are 10 socities under CACS the cultural society of college but many societies are quite inactive like if you are a music person then you won't get such exposure as they don’t have their own instruments,same in case of fine arts and photography and film club. Although there are some good societies like Drama and Technical Society
Faculty :
