The hand-on - approach embedded within the curriculam was a significant factor in my decision to choose this course at NIT jalandhar . Practicle components like projects and Internships ensure relevance to ral-world scenarious.

- I liked my seniors they are very friendly and supportive
- I like the environment of my college it is quite good

- I did not like the 75 percent attendance criteria
- I did not like teaching staff they are very bad at teaching
Course Curriculum Overview:
I did not choose this course but was given to me due to my rank. The course will allow to under the working of appliances and electricity.As electrical engineering is considered the most difficult subject, it is really the most difficult one. So if you are weak at physics do consider before opting it.

Curriculum is nice ,according to nep, teaching us python and c language in first year regardless of branch , some teachers are exelent like our friends but some teachers !!. They teach us on ppt , due to circuital branch , there is always a confict that should we take placent in core or it

- all kind of sports were available at our campus and I love to play football because our campus had a huge ground.
Dislikes
- mess food was of poor quality, rooms don't have ac and cooler during summer. students use to pay by them self and order food from zomato and swiggy.
- some of the students breaks code of conduct of public display of affection which proves to be a bad affect on sincere students.
Course Curriculum Overview:
All teachers and lab assistants are well qualified and most of the lecturers are Ph.D. holders. The ratio in lectures is 1:60 and in lab is 1:30. the syllabus that was covered during my course was pretty related to senior secondary subjects. All the students usually study a day before the exam and help each other the whole night during exams. Late-night canteens are also available during exams. all semester has 6 subjects so in total whole course had 42 subjects. The majority of the subjects but some of the core subjects are electrical engineering need proper time and sitting.

Course Curriculum Overview:
The faculty is kind of strict but the leachings provided are way good but according. So as per my knowledge, most of the teachers are alumni of prestigious colleges in the country. I opted for this course because it is the only course through which I get the option to get placed in either core or non-core companies.

- The college campus is very beautiful with a disadvantage of the main city being far

- Food in the hostel is just to keep you breathe and survive in college
- The schedule is very busy if not planned carefully you are going to lose mind
Course Curriculum Overview:
The main examination for getting into an engineering college like mine takes a lot of effort from class 10th onwards after class 10th boards those wish to apply for it takes science stream in 10+2 examination and a lot of preparation even after that. So the hardwork pays . Jee mains examination is held for every science student those who cleared the exam with required scores gets into the college of their preference

- I love the friends sharing different cultures and religion which shows secularism and unity of the students.

- It's too cold and hot weather here it so hard to bare it.
- The hostels are maintained well needs some improvement .
Course Curriculum Overview:
I have chosen electrical engineering and it is a well important course. The faculty of Nit Jalandhar is good. Qualification of the faculty and review teaching method is good the minor is taken twice per semester.
Fee Structure And Facilities:
The semester fee mentioned i.e 62500 is for the students whose family income is more than 5 lakh, for students whose family income is between 1 lakh to 5 lakh they will get 2/3 fee off i.e they need to pay only 1/3 rd of tution fee, and for the students whose family income is less then 1 lakh they need not pay any tution fee. Also ST/SC need not pay any tution fee doesn't matter in which category they fall. However other charges applicable are same for all the categories.
