For taking admission in MSc program in IIT's or NIT's you have to qualify IIT JAM Exam . IIT JAM Exam was not so touch like JEE Advance but you have to knowledge in your own subject. If you dream to go to IIT or NIT but you didn't qualify the JEE MAIN or ADVANCE, IIT JAM Exam give you change to go IIT or NIT. We have to take an entrance i.e. JEE MAIN and we have to qualify it as per our category like SC, ST, OBC-NCL etc. Then we have to apply for counselling held by the JOSAA and then we will get a seat as per our priority order. For NIT Meghalaya after getting a seat in JOSAA we have to go to NIT Meghalaya's official website and we have to fill out the forms given for the admission process and pay the fees. The improvement I want to see in the admission process is the process is way longer.

Eligibility and how to join NITM, The process is the same for all NITs up to the counselling process. First, we have to clear JEE MAIN as per the cutoff set for different categories i.e. according to the reservation categories like SC/ST, OBC-NCL, EWS. After clearing that we have to apply for counselling held by JOSAA and then you will get allotted as per your preference and rank by the end of the counselling process the certificates required for this counselling are given on the Official website of JOSAA. Then as per my college, there will be the process. Now we talk about NITM, the process is we have to pay the remaining fees, i.e. by subtracting the fees which we pay in JOSAA, and have to fill out a Google form in which you give your personal and family information, a seat confirmation letter that you get from JOSAA, category certificate and other required one's which are given in the official website of NITM during the admission process and we have to submit them offline.

First, we must write jee mains to get admission to this college. In jee mains, we need to get above 95 percentile to the eligibility of the course. We can find the application form, fees, and dates on the college website. During the admission process every time we need to check the college website for any new updates.

We need to attempt JEE MAIN for admission to this college. The admission process is conducted by JoSSA. You can apply for JEE MAIN exam through the official website of jee main. And the application and its fees are mentioned on the website. We can have reservations based on caste.
NIT Meghalaya is a decent institute as par as studies are concerned. You will have ample of chance to study and learn new stuffs, being a new institute you get a lot of stuffs and initiatives to be done and handled single handy which gives another chance not only to learn and showcase your skills but also to use it in future for organizing similar stuffs in future.Being a MeghNITe , it was always a cutting edge for me in interviews and people used to literally appreciate the exposure I had even from being a remote located college of India ( though it was not pretty different to what a normal NITian would had in other NIT).If you do same thing in limited resources to what your competitor does with ample of resources, even having same outcome it?Ûªs more likely to get appreciated and this is what happens when you are studying at new NIT.Coming to infrastructure : NIT M has decent labs ( comparable to even many of old IITs ) ,mix of youth ,energetic and quite experienced pool of faculties , prime location and technically sound students as college.I would suggest to go ahead with decision and consider it a fair Chance to study at NITM (Provided you do not have any better option).
Maths was something that always attracted me and I decided to chose Engineering as my passion, since it is a government engineering college so I prefer to go for it. Also, I stay at the same city in which my college is located
