- I like the exposure a person gets here by his/her seniors as senior junior relationship here is what I must say the best I have ever seen
- The campus is one of the best in the nation so u have a lot of space for everything

- The very bad gender ratio in college, the ratio here is 1:5

- Social life can be intense and competitive because everyone busy in their placement club’s society so u may feel slightly isolated
- The teaching method can sometimes lean towards theoretical knowledge rather that practical knowledge but it’s totally depends on prof to prof
Placement Experience:
In 5th sem end student start applying for internship and for placement 7th sem. Mostly 100% student from tech branch got placed and lower branch placement percentage is also nice. The avg package is diff in diff branch overall avg package is 14lac

The my course is i personally give 10 on 10 because is has hug scope in future as well as currently. Also i have intrest in it hence their is no any hardness in it. The frequency and timing of exam is 3 hrs

- Very vast coverage of syllabus in courses.
- Bad grading at the end of the exams. Proff gives C grade on avg.

Some courses are very relevant courses like basic programming courses that are taught to everyone in the first year itself but some courses are not so good and relevant.Some courses content are directly asked in the placement interviews.

- The hostel culture of our college is amazing

- 75% attendance policy in most of the courses
- The classes are rarely interactive but only a one sided class

The course is amazing and the faculty is also the best jn the country and i think that the things that they teach are Allinged with the present worlds demands which is very important the exams are medium to difficult and we need to study hard for them

- The college is very good at all and it is also good in activities, cultural program. The professor are very kind to all students they give extra time to students . But there is a problem face by all students is that hectic schedule of iitd delhi.
- My engagement is good .I have many friends in campus .I like to play badminton with them . I love the cycling in campus.

- Hectic schedule of iit delhi.it can be improved.

Placement Experience:
The students get internship from second year almost but some students can't get internship. they tried for many companies for internship but unfortunately nowadays companies requirements are big. Students get eligible for placement from 5 to 6. Companies like Google, Yahoo, Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart and HDFC many more companies around400+. visited the campus for placements.around 81% students get campus placement. Highest package is around 4 cr per annum. And average package is around 20lpa.70% to 80 % students get placement. My plans after getting the degree is to placed in company at a good package. And alternatively upsc.

- The facility is very supportive and helping. they teach using practical knowledge.
- The hostels are very good and the infrastructure is well maintained.
Dislikes
- There is water logging in the season of rains.
- Sometimes during summers it becomes very hot to stay in the room.
Placement Experience:
IITD is known for its placement packages. Almost 80% students are placed every year in various companies like Jane Street, Goldman Sachhs, Jaguar, and there are very large opportunities for internships. The average package is around 22 Lakhs.

- I liked the infrastructure, lab and growing opportunities.
- I like that there are many events that keep happening which helps in overall development of student

- I didn't like the exam schedule, every month there is an exam/quiz

From end of 1st sem of 4th year placement season starts, for my course highest package was around 1.6cr, given by quants companies. Percentage of students getting placed is 95-100%. My plan after getting a degree is to get a high paying job

How are the IIT Delhi hostel rooms?
The IIT Delhi hostel rooms are very comfortable and make you feel at home. The names of IIT Delhi hostels are based on the names of hill ranges of India- Aravali, Girnar, Himadri, Jwalamukhi, Kailash, Karakoram, Kumaon, Nilgiri, Satpura, Shivalik, Udayagiri, Vindhyachal and Zanskar. All the hostel rooms are two-seater. All the rooms are equipped with beds and almirahs. Water coolers are allowed inside the rooms during the summer season.
