Likes

I liked their course curriculum and management.
They are student friendly , some professors are very friendly.
Many events are student driven only , that is important for management skills.

Dislikes

The one and most disliked thing is that they don't even give 1 day gap in exams .
Sometimes their attendance policy is very hectic.

Course Curriculum Overview

Hmm , the course structure designed by them is very accurate and they first teach that course and then make compulsory to attend lab of same course in coming semester, this ensures that whatever we have learnt , we can apply that in real life as well.

Class Size: 250Course Fees: INR 250000 per year

Fees and Financial Aid

1Lakh 5 thousand tuition fee per semester. It is constant. For sc/st , tuition fee is 100% waiver , they have to only pay for admission fee i.e 20000 per semester and they also have to pay for hostel fee i.e. 40000 per semester.

Campus Life

Yeah , our college life is again very best . We enjoy our organized fests . There are many clubs where students learn and make others learn . Clubs are solely handled by 3rd or 4th year students which make club students friendly.

Hostel Facilities

In a room they provide everything you need , a bed , a almirah, a chair , a table . Meal quality is very good , up to standards. Registration process is very simple foe hostels. There are many PG near by our college.

Admission

I have choose IIT Delhi over other colleges because of freedom it gives to their students. Like here students can independently choose , which course to do , which to not do . So it's become more students interest oriented college.

Faculty

One things I know about Marking system is that iit delhi has toughest marking scheme. Professors are legit best . They have more than enough knowledge of their field. Course structure is one of the finest , one could ever think.

Night Life

Nightlife in college campus : In our college most of the people are active in night only . All library and csc centres are active there . Night mess are open till 4 AM in morning. You will not feel alone if you are roaming in a campus around 12-1 in night . Nightlife out of college campus : As expected, they go to bed around 10 PM .

real and atrangi college life

Placement Experience:

The placement was very good in past two three years but there is a surden drop in the placement in my college . i dont know why usually there was average package of 20 lakh till 2023 . BUt now big companies like jp morgan , amazon microsoft doesnot come to my college . the placement is descreing day by day it has come to almost 10 lakh per annnum . there should be improvment in placement sector

Decent College life , nice placements if you work hard

Placement Experience:

placements at msit are pritty good.. spclly for cse and it.. many students get placed in good companies like infosys, wipro, tcs n even some big tech like amazon or microsoft if u r really good... avg pkg for Cse IT is around 8-9L for . other branches get less but still okay... if no placement, students go for off campus or prep for govt jobs or higher studies...

The college claims 100 % placement, but it didn't happen for our batch due to the 2024 job market crach driven by AI disruptions. Still, placement were decent those who stayed aware prepared throughout their journey managed to secure good packages.

Actually, Placements sceanrios are too good but sometimes, it depends on the nature of the market and PC (Placement Co-ordinators too), which contact directly with the companies to hire students from our colleges. If you didn't got the placements then, the college have one year policy, after your course till one year later. You can sit in the placements in the college.

Delhi Technical Campus, A detailed overview of the Campus and Hostel Life

Placement Experience:

Students can sit at the placement rounds from 6th sem onwards, prior to this year, a little companies showed up, with lesser package, but this year, this has gone up and will go up in the future. Several companies like Astro Talk, VideoHive and Tata, Infosys came and about 35 offers were placed from these. The highest package was for UI/UX designer of 22lpa and average was 12-15lpa having roles of full stack and machine learning based students. about 45 % Students got placed on campus. I will probably be starting my own firm after I get a degree.

As far as i know even in the time of recission we had a decent placement graph better than many other rival colleges and in my chemical branch i guess highest package was around 30 lpa which is a decent one.

Placement Experience:

4th year students are eligible for campus placements. there are many students who get pre placement offers (ppo) after their internship only. Usual companies lke TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Cognizant, Accenture comes here for 4-7 LPA packages. Then there are companies like DeShaw which offered a person 54 LPA package too.

Faculty of Technology (DU) - review

Course Curriculum Overview:

As this college is for BTech, so it focuses more on coding culture, industrial visits and prepares students for placements and real world applications. One of the good part is that different optional subjects are there to choose which also includes sports as one optional subject. exams happen twice in a semester - mid sem and endsems. and they are based on the class learnings and assignments given in class. but sometimes some difficult questions are also asked in the exams

Admission to IITD occurs through JEE Advanced; In which an individual had to first clear JEE Mains then ADV. They have to prepare for three subjects: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics; concepts must be clear from the base level. As soon as the application form will be released; news will come in newspapers since it's a national-level exam or you can search on the Official Jee mains website. Application fees for Jee Mains in 2022: 650/- and for Jee ADV: 2800/-(not sure). Application dates will be released on the official website. To avail of reservation benefits you must have a category certificate that had been renewed within 6 months from counseling (FOR OBC-NCL). If from SC-ST, then can use any certificate. IIT Delhi's Inner Life- An Honest Review

The eligibility to fill the form is to first get selected for JEE ADV. and then for general category AIR should be less than 550. Rest you should be a non-medical student with a minimum of 75% in 12th board exams with Indian nationality. The application form is found on the JOSA website and then follow the rules. Lock the seat in the counselling process and then fill out some minimum fees first and then submit the full fees after the counselling is over. Also, there are a variety of documents to be submitted to get admission and then onboard the campus on a particular date. I feel the procedure is a bit complex and can be simplified if done correctly like getting the documents submitted at the start and then sending them automatically to the college selected by JOSA itself....Read More
