I opted to apply for the MBA programme at IIT Delhi after doing some research, and I believe I made the right option because I was able to learn from some of the best in the management field who are former students of some of the best management and technical colleges in India and abroad. The institute offers MBA programmes in a variety of specialities, but I chose the general one, which is also two years long, and those two years were tremendously valuable to me as a person and a student.
The placements were great in this case. RBS, KPMG, Vedanta, Infosys, HCL, Cognizant, ICICI Bank, Kelton Tech, TCS, and more famous businesses came to recruit during my placement year. Product management positions were also available at leading high-growth firms. At Deloitte, one of them hired me with a pay package of 15 lakhs, while the other employs one of my pals with a pay scale of roughly 19 lakhs.
This prestigious IIT college has unequaled placement records in the business. The top package for MBA students in the 2020 MBA programme batch was around INR 36 Lacs. The most MBA packages were offered by HCL, Accenture, JP Morgan, Amazon, Deloitte, Tata Group, Bain & Company, and Reliance Industries. Our batch's average income was over INR 16 LPA, and consulting offered the biggest perks.

Admission is done based on your CAT score and you should secure a minimum of 60% marks in graduation.
Admission is based on the marks scored in the CAT exam. The test is so competitive and those scoring higher percentiles only can assure a seat in IIT Delhi.
Following my selection based on my CAT score, I will have to go through a personal interview phase. Since I prepared for it, my interview went quite well. They ask questions ranging from the most fundamental to the most complex. A few questions also necessitate brainstorming. Overall, it's a versatile procedure.
I did my graduation from NIT Kurukshetra and wanted to go one step higher by doing MBA from an IIT for which IIT Delhi was the ideal name. IIT Delhi is accredited with the prestigious status of National Importance Institute and along with that it was among top 10 MBA institutes in 2020 rankings of NIRF. The institute offers various UG & PG Engineering courses and they are the flagship programmes here, but I did my MBA here for which admissions were done as per the overall performance I did in the entrance, group exercise and personal interview.
