Likes

Faculties are very good and supportive, they even give internships under them.
It offers 90% placement and good gender ratio.

Dislikes

The gender ratio of the college is really bad. I have zero girls in our class.
The clubs of the college are not that much actives.

Placement Experience:

this college is considred as best in placement when compared to other nits, and even iits too. the average package of this college is 18 lakhs and cse has average package of 33 lakhs per annum.it offers a highest package of 88 lakhs.

My mixed feelings at NITW

The atmosphere here is so good and beautiful.
Fests and cultural programs are so enjoyable .

Dislikes

The mess food is quite bad and awful with same taste all the time
Hostels are not so clean and maintenance is bad

Placement Experience:

Placements here are quite good. Almost 98 percent of students get placed every year. The highest package last year was about 88 lakhs and the lowest was about 3.6 lakhs. Sprinklers, Amazon.. and many more companies visited for placements. After I get a degree I want to study M tech or do a job with a decent salary.

Placement Experience:

Placements are going very well in our college and it is one of the best of all nits for its placements and our branch EEE has 97% placement last year and an average of 21 lakhs and highest of 55 lakhs and very good average in other groups also

Course structure is good and students are evaluated on basis of continuous evaluation

Dislikes

Despite being a nit infrastructure is not good
Now there are strict rules for being a part of any club

Placement Experience:

Most internships start from 3rd semester but for placements, you have to wait for the start of 4th semester you may also get internships in 2nd semester depending on your skills. The highest package offered this year was 88LPA to a CSE guy. The average for EEE is 20 LPA. The overall placement percentage is 75. In branches like CSE ECE and EEE is goes up to 97 percent. I would like to have a good placement.

Placement Experience:

By the beginning of the first semester of the fourth year, students are eligible to be at the campus interviews, companies like Microsoft, Infosys, IBM, Flipkart, Amazon, and many will be visiting the campus. The highest package for the year 2022 is 88LPA which is the highest among all the NITS average package will be more than 15 LPA. As considering the year 2023 98% of students got placed in multiple companies with better packages.

Surroundings are well kept by the cleaners

I'm from south so the food here is north type so somewhat difficult to eat
Lan speed is not that much high compared to wifis

Course Curriculum Overview:

I just wanted to pursue higher studies and it was near to our area so I took this course. And the faculty-student ratio is 1:15. Basically, only the assistant and associate professors will teach in classes. And their teachings are good but don't expect much. You can pass the exams easily but to get top marks in exams is difficult.

Faculty curriculum worse takimg other branches if you want to go to IT domain
Hostel and mess food can be improved not mess of clg standard
