The admission process consists of two stages : allotment of college through JoSAA and process of admission in the alloted college. The cut-off was around 14k-20k (General) for the civil branch. The process was smooth and free of any discrepencies.

Admission is done throught JEE Main exam. Since college is quite decent, a good rank is required. You can get the exact cutoff from JosAA website, which conducts councelling. Jee main is a good level exam which includes physics chemistry and maths of 11th and 12th class .

Out of the branches mentioned by you, NIT Warangal does not provide B.Tech IT. You can also check the 2023-2024 cutoffs of other branches and categories for NITW
However, I would like to tell highlight a few things-
Government colleges other than IIT D, B, and K are lagging behind in reality.
They have subpar infrastructure and their administration is old and rigid. They offer no extra support and opportunities to their students. All of this combined with the rigorous academic schedule causes plenty of frustration.
The last round score of GATE in Computer Science was 600 in 2022, while in 2021 it was 722.
NIT Warangal conducts three rounds in the admission process, which include counseling, Internal sliding, and the national spot round. The student with a lower score who belongs only to CSIS can get admission to CSE if the seats are vacant after the National Spot Round.
