Biomedical engineering is a highly emerging field after the recent outburst of covid virus recently. Our curriculum prepares us for the industry-level standards by performing labs and demonstrations on industry-level equipment like ECG, EMG, Electron Microscope, Atomic force microscope, EEG ( brain signal reading ), etc. The teaching method of the professors is very great. Our curriculum is a little outdated and it also needs to consider the advancement the recent technologies like the use of AI and new machine learning algorithms in the biomedical field. There are 2 major exams each semester. One is the mid-semester exam and the other is the end-semester exam. Apart from these, there can be various other class tests and assignments which is completely based on professor-to-professor.

Curriculum is still as old as from the previous colleges ,but the labaratories over here are euipped with standard tools and machines making it very much research oriented course, The areas of improvement only includes decreasing the attendance percentage ,here we are required to have 85% in every subject else we will be awarded a grade back in the particular subject.Exams are mids and ends which are organised perfectly with no collision with fests and other activities.

The curriculum is a little hard but one can easily sail through it by knowing the right way like how to approach and solve questions, etc. It provides about a gross idea of how things really work in real life and it feels good about knowing all sorts of things. The course curriculum is rather very rigorous so studying it requires some time in 1st year but I know one can do it. The exams are not so difficult.Once you have grasped how to really tackle time management and studying, one can easily pass it.

Because I'm interested in this course and I want to explore the subject. 24:145 is the ratio of faculty and student ratio. The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable too. they help in every step whenever we need them.

I choose biomedical over any other branches because I always wanted to be a doctor, at the same time I love maths too, and I'm very much interested in biology and want to give something to the medical field by acquiring the knowledge of engineering and help improve to provide the best facilities that we have. Faculty to student ratio is quite well in our institute. There are a bunch of faculties with very high achievements, who are always there to help us. Coming to the teaching method, some of them are quite experienced in teaching for almost more than 20 years and some are good enough to make you just understand the topics. So it depends upon the individual's grasping power. There's a proper schedule provided by the institute for all the events and examinations listed down there and it's easy to pass but hard to maintain a good score. So you have to study regularly to score good marks.

I got the course because of my rank and also I liked biology somewhat in class 10. The faculty-student ratio is usually 1:40. The faculties usually have a Ph. D degree from IITs, IISc etc. and other famed international universities. The teaching process of some professors is too good and for some professors, I will rate it as average. The semester contains 2 exams - mid sem and end sem. The mid-sem exams start after 50 days from the start of the semester and end sem exams start after 2 months after mid-sem exams.
I chose this course because when I heard about the biomedical branch, it generates a spark of interest in my mind. So I thought of exploring it. Faculty: student ratio is 1:10 Our faculties are highly qualified and their teaching method is both strict and friendly. Our mid-term exams start around the last week of September and February for the Autumn and Spring Semesters respectively. And, our end-term exams start around the last week of November and April for the Autumn and Spring Semesters respectively.
