Remarks :
My college stands at a good ranking in India for the btech courses. It provides a lot of opportunities not only in academics but also in the overall personality development of the student. Almost all students get a placement at the end of the programme.
Course Curriculum Overview :
The course curriculum is so awkward. The topics u study a semester will not be in the next semester. It is so weird that Professors do not teach properly here. We have to study on our own. We must have to take part in our activities except academics which takes a lot of time of the day which is so frustrating.
Placement Experience :
As far as I have studied, i came to know that the placements are very nice. More than 90% of students have a job at the end of his/her graduation. My college provides intership. As I haven't gone in any internship program so I dont have any experience.
College Events :
There are many events that take place in the college. Apart from the academics, the debate and poem competition enriches the students by the communication skills. Various sport activities motivate students to participate in them and remain fit. Drama and art societies held competitions regularly to make students more creative.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
The fee structure of the institute depends on the income of the parents or the gaurdians. It provides various scholarship to the students who have a poor background. It also provides scholarship to the students who perform well in the exams. So finally its feasible to each and every student.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
They provide the scholarship to the needy students on the basis of the income of the parents or the gaurdians. They also provide scholarship to the students who perform well in the exams to motivate them to perform like this regularly and to others to study hard.
Campus Life :
The college is rich of the extra curricular activities. Apart from the academics it helps us to develop the overall personality of the student. It also provide us labs sessions to enrich the knowledge of the students and to make them more pratical in life. The college arranges sport events time to time to keep students physically fit.
Alumni/Alumna :
Alumni network of the IIT kharagpur is very strong. They also donated various things to the institute so that students don't face much problems. Seniors are very helpful in the college. They do not only properly guide us but also solve our day to day life problems by sparing out some time from their much important part of the life.
Admission :
First, I clered Jee mains.After that I secured AIR 247 in IIT JEE ADVANCED examination.According to my rank and my choices I got provisional seat allotment letter of this college.Then I accepted the seat by paying the semester fee.
Faculty :
The faculties are very experienced and talented. But they do not make efforts for the students welfare. They just come in the class to teach the topics. They are not so concerned for the doubts that students may have.
