I choose this course because of its direct connection to Machine Learning and Artificial intelligence which is in demand right now. It also includes Signal processing which is a important part of today's world. Course is designed to make students market ready. Course is a combination of mathematics subjects, signal processing courses and ML courses

Library is big and contains all the books you will ever need and you can also order book through them. There is ground for every sports within the campus. It also have swimming pool There is club for every activity whether it is technical, sports, drama, dance etc. Annual Festivals of IIT Guwahati Alcheringa (Cultural Fest) Description: One of the largest cultural festivals in India, featuring music, dance, drama, fashion shows, and international artists. Month: Typically held in February. Techniche (Technical Fest) Description: The annual techno-management festival with events like workshops, competitions, guest lectures, and exhibitions. In room we have bed, table, chair, fan, almirah. Food quality is good and you will have options. Each washroom also have washing machine. Registration process is easy and hassle free and hostels are very affordable. Students will get single occupancy room from 1st year onwards.

I got admission in IIT Delhi Mtech course of Power Electronics, Machines and Drives. I rejected this course because of its outdated course curriculum. I got rejected from IIT Bombay mtech course due to my low rank. To get admission in Mtech course of IIT Guwahati students havebto give Gate Exam. After gate exam students have to register on COAP portal just like josaa portal. Admission is on Merit basis.

Faculty to student ratio is Good. Faculties are approachable during office hours. Some faculties gave marks for Class Interaction (Samendra Danapat sir). We had 4 exams for each subjects( 2 test, midsem, endsem). Most of the faculties are good and helpful. Each faculty have different methods for making.

There was no Gd or interview it was on the basis of merit in the gate examination. Gate exam consists of Aptitude and Technical section. Total marks is 100. In Electrical from last 2 years paper is coming to be difficult.

Every hostel have a canteen and juice corner which close at 2.00 pm. Each hostel has a small gym and there is a main gym at SAC. In campus we have baskin Robins, cafe coffee day, subways , tacos place, Nescafe cafe and small tea stalls near the lake. There is no in timings for hostels and Everybody travel on cycle inside the campus.
