Campus life at CIT kokrajhar

I choosed this programmes as there are lots of job opportunities in outside world like APSC JE and AE and many other government jobs also you can open your own consultancy service. The level of exam is quite hard. The only improvement needed is by taking practical base questions

For Placement purpose you must get more than 7.5 CGPA to sit in the placement there are lot of companies which often offers jobs from TCS, Infosyss, etc but you may not get placement in your core subject Average package offered is around 4.5 LPA.

For yearly fees it is around Rs 60000, It includes mess fees around Rs 6600 for one semester and hostel charges Rs 6000 for one semester The course fees are quite low for Sc, St students and higher for other category students. For B-tech courses you get scholarships like Ishan uday and it is around 78000 per year and for M-Tech you get 12400 per month if you are Gate qualified.

This college has two annual fest like Techcracy and Ecstasy In techcracy it is all about Technical fest and in Ecstasy it is about cultural fest. This college has huge library facilities with more than lakhs of books, magazines etc.

This hostel mess is not so good as they are taking just Rs 6600 per semester and it is fully veg. For registration you need to pay along with college admission which is around 6000 per semester. There are lots of PG near this college costing around 6000 per month.

This college provides good environment for study and co curicular activities as this college is located far away from town area. For admission you neet to clear jee or CIT Entrance exam for B-Tech and for M-Tech you much clear GATE or CIT entrance

There are two exams conducted every semester like mid semester for 50 marks and end semester exams for 100 marks and it is quite hard for passing this exams. There are very good professors who have done there Phd degree from IITs and from other countries.

This college provides free gym facilities but it cannot accomodate the required number of people This college also has cafeterias with deicious foods .Library is open from 8am-10 pm. Hostel timings are you need to enter hostel before 8pm.
