Course Curriculum Overview :

It is a course that cures animals, the veterinary sciences, the curriculum helps a lot understanding more about the cource and actual things that must be known while you are in this course. Exams occours every 2 months and they are medium difficulty level

Class Size : 105Course Fees : INR 117735 per year

Internships Opportunities :

My college provides 6 months internship in college itself and 6 months you have to do it from outside. While internship you get paid a decent 8000-10000? per month as stipend. After internship you'll get a temporary job by college

Placement Experience :

The placements occours every year ..the placement occours and we get a temporary government job at first but after experience u'll get a permanent job for sure which gors from 40000 initial to 80000 after experience

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Tution fee for whole year is about 117735? including gst hostel nd mess facilities. The hostel is generally considered as free because the 40000 in the tution fee is for mess and the hostel charges are 1000only and 1000 electricity bill

Campus Life :

The fests occour frequently , fest conducted by university includes coloessium in which singers come and a vibe occours, there are many fair confucted by every college in the university in which students install stalls

Hostel Facilities :

Facilities in my room include bed matress chair study table room and almira. Meal given in hostel is of decent quality ,very good according to the charge they take,hostel is a good thing u should not waste your money on rental rooms

Hostel Fee : INR 40000 per year

Admission :

Admission occours through exam conducted by the university and on the rank basis u get the college. Application fee of the form is about 1500? normally but for students who are in sc/st category the form fee is about half

Faculty :

The faculty to student ratio is such that every 10 students can be managed by one teacher. Faculty is really helpful and gentle.my interaction with faculty members occours very frequently as a scheme of advisor to student.

Interview Experience :

There are no gd/interview in admission process but you have to clear exam and get into good ranks badically under 100 rank will get u veterinary colege which is one of the best in gobind ballabh pant university

Gbpuat life

Course Curriculum Overview:

BVSc is topmost course of Gbpuat. Top rankers are allotted this professional degree course. This is a noble profession be a veterinarian hence encourages students to opt for this course. This is the only university in uttrakhand state to provide BVSc course. CVASc provide very nice environment to be a professional one not only in studying aspect but also help students to learn total professional behaviour as well. Respect , discipline etc are mandatory for a BVSc student in campus or outside. More practical interactions should be encouraged as veterinary is about practical approach, field work so students should be encouraged to do so. Three internal exam are there and one external exam in Last of semester.. semester being annual.. Two internal Marks are calculated that is best two.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I suppose seminster of 6 month, but in Pantnagar or many universities.The semester is only 4 months. In That time two hourly exam and final exam take place.and whole syllabus is taught by Professor during initial few months and hourly exam.

Life around gbpuat as bvsc student

Course Curriculum Overview:

Curriculum is surely vast but not much if we study and this could resolve by group study since we are going to be veterinarian we have to study different animals at a time and most of them have different anatomy and physiology so definitely it's a challenging course.

A self sustainable university

Course Curriculum Overview:

Being an animal lover i have always been fond of helping them out in some or other way leading me to veterinary as a career path Along side of theortical and practical knowledge of my course mu campus provide me with different types of societies and seminars internship and many more self development classes Areas that according to me should be improved are the facilities in classroom like a mic to professors proper cooling system The time and frequency of conducting exam according to me is reasonable in my campus and easy to manage.

Life in Pantnagar

Placement Experience:

The collage itself does not offer placement but it heavily assists in the placement of students. The minimum package a person can grab after BVSc is about 60,000 per month. You could also appear for PG exam or get appointed at private clinics .

CVASc, GBPUA&T college review

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this because I always had a dream to serve the country by becoming a doctor. The faculty-student ratio is about 40:60. All the staff is well educated and groomed with a sufficient amount of knowledge from well-known universities all over India and the teaching methodology is up to the mark as it covers all the practical and theoretical aspects. Exams are conducted after every 2 months and are up to the level to pass.

Opt to become a veterinarian.

Placement Experience:

From the final year i.e. after 4.5 years students are eligible for an internship. The 6-month internship is to be done within the campus and the rest of the 6 months in another organization. Many dairy, poultry, food processing, and wool processing companies visit the college for hiring students. Also, many research fields are available after the course with great scope. Around 5 to 7 lakh per annum packages are easily available after the course which is generally offered by firms visiting the college. Best students based on their academic performances are preferred. Near about 60 to 70 % are generally getting placement. Others generally opt for further studies. AMUL, Ananda dairies, poultry firms, many renowned slaughterhouses, and research organizations are some places where veterinarians get appointed other than clinical practices.

Various companies visit the campus for placements and also the students are placed in very reputed companies. They also get an average salary in lacs. After getting the degree I would like to go to abroad for further higher studies.
