As IIT Delhi is a government college so there were numerous scholorships available for the students. There was even provision for Student loan provided by the SBI in campus. Campus also provided good job opportunities.
Campus Life :
There were many clubs inside the campus, all led by students only. Clubs like Enactus or Economics club were there. We also had great festivals such as Rendezvous and Tryst. They were one of the largest Cultural and Technical festivals in India.
Hostel Facilities :
All IITs has hostel facilties available and that too at a very cheap rate. We were only charged 8000 for a semester and mess charges were around 20000 for a semester. Food quality was fine, not too good not too bad.

So for admission into IITs you need to appear in IITJEE Mains and then IITJEE Advance. For IIT Delhi specifically, for a general student, rank below 4-5k is required to get admission in any branch. Standard government reservation is applied in the college.

Faculty to student ratio was nearly 10:1 and that is pretty good as faculties were availale always to discuss anything that a student wants to discuss. All the faculty are very qualified and have great teaching ability.
