Remarks :

This is the best place to study in India. We used to get every possible facilities. The teachers were really friendly. I also visited house of my teacher after the completion of our course . He cooked and offers us food

Course Curriculum Overview :

I am okay with the course curriculum. It is mostly choice based . You can choose whatever topic you want to study. There are some core courses with them . After completing 80 credit you get this degree.

Placement Experience :

Well my college has BTech MTech MSc PhD and MS courses . The aim of all the courses except MSc and PhD people are to get a job. Most of them get jobs . The msc peoples mostly choose higher study after that. All of our batchmates got selected for PhDs other IITs or IITD itself.

College Events :

There are 2 festivals celebrated in our college one is cultural and the other one is technical. They are celebrated in the Times of mid semester breaks . Lots of people from other colleges also attend this.

Fee Structure And Facilities :

Fee Structure is feasible here. Not too expensive. For BTech people it is higher than all others . Although right now government is increasing fees of MTech courses making it too expensive. But i think it is ok

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Scholarships are as per government rules. BTechs do not receive any scholarships. MTechs used to reduce scholarships but the will not receive from this year . MScs also do not get any scholarships. PhDs get usual 31k or 35k.

Campus Life :

We have everything needed for extracurricular activities. We play cricket football tennis and every possible sports . There are 3-4 grounds in this campus and a great swimming pool. Labs are well equipped.

Alumni/Alumna :

Alumni network is also very strong . We meet at alumni events in this college . The seniors were very helping our times and we also tried to help our juniors. They used to provide us notes and previous year papers

Admission :

Secured all India rank 109 in JAM examination. Then after that there were councelling and I had chosen IIT Delhi . I am overall satisfied with what was taught there . That time it was India's no 1 University

Faculty :

All the facultys are India's best scientists. They not only teach us the subject they train us to think more about our subjects. We had to take some projects . In those projects teachers taught us to Innovate.

Amazing

Placement Experience:

From 3rd semester students become eligible for placement.Moody Yamaha Karnataka bank, united airlines,Optum and many more around .the highest package from our department was 23 lakhs and the average package is 13 lakhs.The percentage of students who got placed are 80%.After getting my degree I will sit for off campus placement too

Reality of government colleges

Placement Experience:

For my course after 3rd sem students are eligible for campus placement but there are some conditions like all paper must be cleared by students. For our course there was a consultant company which provides 7 students placement and some students gets projects.the highest package is 7.9 and the average is 6 . Approx 80% of students of our seniors are placed others are doing internship.after my degree i will definitely try for the campus placement.

Experience at dept of mathematics

Course Curriculum Overview:

I would say the course curriculum is not that light, it requires to be taken seriously throughout. Had done BSc in mathematics so automatically reflex was to pursue a master's in the same subject, that's why opted for it in the first place. But later realized we can do a lot more things with the same course apart from carrying on a Ph.D.

Remarks:

An experience of college journey

Remarks:

Positive remarks :- College is really a peaceful place if someone say you have to spend your whole life in the hostel then I am ready. So calm and peaceful environment all around, peacocks in the garden and 5 o'clock pigeon sound outside the room was just amazing.
