the placement scenerio of nit rourkela is very good and it seems to be fulfil our dream job
the research opportunity is very good our alumini network is good

Dislikes

the mess food is not justified with prize range
the connectivity with air is not good no flight for delhi ,banglore ,mumbai

Course Curriculum Overview :

the syllabus and curriculum of our nit rourkela is very vast and tough and we have problem in completing course on time .but it is very effective with real world application ,the teaching mode is quiet good but some professor need to be more elaborate their content and slide

Class Size : 24Course Fees : INR 92000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

there are good internship oppurtunities availabe with college in recnet time 2 lakh internship given to student by barcyls .flipkart also give offer but only to female student whose cgpa is above 7.5 and amazon provide oppourtunity

Placement Experience :

placement is good in nit rourkela .nearly 99% of the student applied in on campus placement they get a good paying job,nearly every student get a job of rupee 12 lakh and highest package is 54lakh ab company amazon webservice

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

fees structure is very good mostly everyone will afford the tution fees .tution fees is 7500 rupee,and student activity center fees is 2000 rupee .medical insurance is rupee 2000. and state bank of india provide loan

Campus Life :

campus life is good and have many fest all over the year first one is cosmo which is multi elthnic fest and all student across the country perform their traditional dance .amd nitrutsav is eastern india largest technical fest

Hostel Facilities :

the meal we get in mess is 4 time ,and quantity and quality of food is not good.hostel accomodation is quiet good have a 2 sitting room .electricity supply is quiet good .every nit student can register for hostel.change of hostel is allowed only ones

Hostel Fee : INR 7000 per year

Admission :

elegibility of course is you get good percntile in jee mains and you have to apply in josaa and csab counnselling there are 6 round of josaa counsellling and 2 round of csab counselling if you get above 94 percentile you get into this course

Faculty :

the faculty of nit rourkela is very good . they all are qualified from a well known institute like MIT,IIt,and many other foreign university. the faculty to student ration is 12 .and our classroom size is 24,in ms in chemistry and 26in physics

An honest review of 2 years in centurion university

Course Curriculum Overview:

The courseware is supposed to have a practical approach but somehow it's the opposite. In india especially when you're doing masters in science the courseware should include the syllabus of CSIR NET but it didn't. the subjects weren't that of use. The faculties too had little idea about what they're teaching. And the skill courses which is supposed to boost your cv somehow doesn't. Rather they're a burden to your College days.

NIT Rourkela journey

Placement Experience:

Students can apply for campus placements from first semester itself. But most of the companies demands for final year students. The average package was around 8-9 lpa . Almost 80% students got placement in my department. I will pursue PhD after the degree.

The memories in the university of nature

Course Curriculum Overview:

Love and curiosity towards living beings, how life beings, how it works, these questions influenced me to take my course. In real world, we definitely need to advance in the research of animal research, molecular biology, cancer biology, immunology to develop vaccination, medicines and to treat cancer using CAR-T cell therapy, the latest in India. Proper guidance and research laboratory is required to a successful career in it. Also the most important exam, CSIR-NET. You have to qualify JRF in order to pursue PhD and it is quite difficult. Only 1% of the total applicants get JRF. Competition is tough.

It was a real good experience to share my thoughts here

Course Curriculum Overview:

I'm keenly interested in physics and I had heard about this institute that the teaching quality is very good here that's why I opted to study the course here. We have projects in the final year to make us intrested in future reasearch works and PhD. But apart from this we have a lengthy syllabus and in physics we have to give exams of 2 subjects per day and we have to give the exam of 8 subjects in 4 days,without any gap back to back This can be considered to change.
