- I being from department of Mathematics with Data Science can assure you that our department has truly helpful and friendly facilities. If someone wishes to pursue higher studies then they upon contacting the faculties they will recieve the best help
- The campus is truly amazing and unique. It has really great infrastructure. Students get AC classrooms.
Dislikes
- The rush outside the campus. There are lot of students in the campus, so in the evening it's a quite huge rush in the streets.
Course Curriculum Overview :
There are not many colleges in our state which provide both Mathematics and Data Science in post graduation in the same course. So, it's great for those who have interest in both. And it will open two future choices for the students i.e. either Phd or from job perspective.
Internships Opportunities :
KIIT mostly provides internship of it's own college but through it's official mail id given to the students, a lot of companies collaborating with different institutes like IITs, also approach. So, one can choose and apply for the interested field checking the eligibility and rest required criterias. And the certificate provided after successful completion is quite helpful in building a strong CV.
Placement Experience :
From the 3rd semester only students can contact in the placement cell for placement details and good companies come to hire students but due to lot of B.Tech & M.Tech students, it's is quite competative. But it depends on an individual how they perform in the pre-selection tests of the placements.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
For the batch 2023-2025, the fees is 50k per semester with is quite affordable. And for semester examination fees we need to pay 1k per semester. The admission charge is 10k per student and student can contact in the koel campus for further details.
Campus Life :
There are lot of fests in the university and highly well-known celebrities and artists are also invited to perform in few of those. So it's great entertainment and fun of the university. And ofcourse KIITMUN is conducted every year, so interested students can participate and grab the desired certificates by performing there best.
Admission :
The admission process is quite simple. Firstly, the student need to appear KIITEE exam which was totally free of cost for us and after few days students can check there results from the website only. If you secured a good rank, you will be called for document verification after paying the admission fees.
Faculty :
The maximum intake of M.Sc. Mathematics with Data Science is 20 students per batch. But there are lot of faculties to help, so each student can have help from uniquely different faculty. Hence it's quite helpful for those who choose to opt for higher studies, they will recieve amazing help.
