Placements are really good here no need to worry about justice with your academic only!

Sometimes water issues in hostels water supply in summers cut off
Outing is allowed only upto 8pm night after that you all must present in the campus!

Course Curriculum Overview :

I would rate my course (mechanical engineering) as 8 out of 10 . It has decent placements and good scope as well , it includes various interesting subjects like mechatronics , machine design and many more , you can also have a opportunity for opting open elective subjects of your choices from any branch!

Class Size : 120Course Fees : INR 100000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Companies came around in 3rd year for taking you upto the internship opportunities on campus internships opportunities are provided to students and references are given by professors for toppers and disiciplined students

Placement Experience :

Placements are really good here ! Almost every year 1cr+ packages are seen for somewhere two or three students but also as well you may have 15 lpa as average package for cse branch and other branch especially mechanical have 10lpa average package!????

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Fees structure is as simple as it is : 1.For family income >= 5lakh per annum Fees = 75 thousand per semester. 2.For family income < 5lakhs per annum Fees = 35 thousand per semester. 2.For family income < 1lakhs per annum Fees = 16 thousand only per semester.

Campus Life :

Overall social life is average level as you have opportunities to join various clubs and societies and even you got chance to participate in technical fests like Nimbus and hill fair where you can show your skills as well as projects!

Hostel Facilities :

Hostels rooms are decent ! In first year there are four seater rooms with good internet connections as Lan. In second year you have choice like you can also avail for three seater rooms as well . In third year there are also four seater and three seater rooms . In final year you will have single seater rooms! And fees is common for all four years it is around 35k for odd semesters and 25k for even semesters!

Hostel Fee : INR 25000 per year

Admission :

I had given jee mains in which i got around 94 percentile and around 52k rank all india so after that i applied in josaa counselling where in the last round i got a mechanical engg seat and later i opted the seat and comes here for physical reporting !

Placement Experience:

after 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements Compamies like TechMahindra, wipro,Hcl and many more visited here.The avergae package given by companies are 6-7 lakhs. highest package of our campus is of 60lakhs something. In chitkara rajpura campus highest package is 1.2 cr More than 90% of students get placed. but the condtion is that students do not have any suply and the student have maintained the attendance minimum75% in every subject My plans are too get placed in Company with good package

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is quite good . It is very relevant like we have course on thermodynamics, rigid body mechanics which is useful in mechanical engineering and there are also robotics course for all branches so that every one can know the basics of robotics . There are coding courses for everyone so that everyone can know tech field Also there are extra curricular courses which are very relevant to our daily life like Language speaking courses like french , German , english . Also our college has started have semester exchange facility available to foreign colleges.

Placement Experience:

The students can start getting placement offers from the 6th semester itself in the form of PPOs(Pre Placement Offers), A lot of high value companies give placements and the placement drive starts early in the 7th semester itself. The percentage of students placed generally is upwards of the 75% mark. The students can get placed in any sort of company as per their pedigree. Some PSUs also offer few positions directly. The institute also has MOUs with some other Institutes that offer Masters and Post Graduation programmes directly.

Placement Experience:

Placement scenerio is same as the other nit colleges like highest package goes about 1cr and lowest will be 6lpa and median is. About 9lpa and overall an average placement of 13lpa . Percentage of students getting placed is 85 percent but Barch and engineering physics has lower placement in this college. Many of the student went for higher studies .my plan is to get placed after the completion of degree.
