Course Curriculum Overview :

I have interest in mathematics and artificial intelligence. So I thought of taking mathematics and computing in the college. Personally I would rate it between average and good Because the course itself has a very interesting and useful. Things for real life related to artificial intelligence. But I found teaching methods to be a little boring. I would suggest that a practical learning and skill based learning should be more encouraged in the college. Encourage in the college and the frequency of exams is 4 times per year.

Class Size : 50Course Fees : INR 124000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

Samsung, UHG, Sapient, Wipro, Infosys, FuturesFirst, Capgemini, Maruti, Hero, L&T are some of the company who came for internship oppurtinities, Selection is done on the basis of interview based on skills of the person.

Placement Experience :

Students in third year get opportunities for internships , And finally, I got opportunity for placements. The percentage of place students is around sixty percent overall, Moreover the highest package is around 1.7 crores and average packags revolves around 15 lacs, my plan is to do mba after degree

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

Since it is a government funded college , the overall fees comes down to be around 8 to 10 lacs including everything , which I considered is good if you got admission into top branches as the return of investment is very high in top branches and average package revolve more that 10 lacs in top branches.

Campus Life :

Our cultural fest name is hillfair which is conducted around October. And our technical first name is nimbus, which is conducted around March and April. And talking about books, we have a big library which has more than 2 lakh books and accessibility, is open for all students. Moreover, the facilities and technology in classroom is smart boards is in built-in all classes and sports and extra curricular activities have been given importance as there are different halls and grounds for different sports.There are different societies and clubs which work for overall welfare of the college

Hostel Facilities :

Everyone in our college get located into hostels based on year and genders and food quality is very nice. And the registration process for hostel is done in office which is there in every hostel, and Hostile fees is around sixty thousand per year

Hostel Fee : INR 60000 per year

Admission :

The admission is done on the basis of joint entrance examination also known as jee mains which is conducted every year twice. I have secured ninety seven percentile , which means I was among top three percent of the country , and my rank was about thirty five thousand Details of application form application fees and application dates were updated in nta.nic.in site. Personally, I feel that every student who have cleared this examination should have gone through a gd session or personality interview to get admission so that personality should also be a criteria for judging a person because it helps a person in every domain of theur life .

Placement Experience:

after 6th semester students are eligible for campus placements Compamies like TechMahindra, wipro,Hcl and many more visited here.The avergae package given by companies are 6-7 lakhs. highest package of our campus is of 60lakhs something. In chitkara rajpura campus highest package is 1.2 cr More than 90% of students get placed. but the condtion is that students do not have any suply and the student have maintained the attendance minimum75% in every subject My plans are too get placed in Company with good package

The curriculum is quite good . It is very relevant like we have course on thermodynamics, rigid body mechanics which is useful in mechanical engineering and there are also robotics course for all branches so that every one can know the basics of robotics . There are coding courses for everyone so that everyone can know tech field Also there are extra curricular courses which are very relevant to our daily life like Language speaking courses like french , German , english . Also our college has started have semester exchange facility available to foreign colleges.

The students can start getting placement offers from the 6th semester itself in the form of PPOs(Pre Placement Offers), A lot of high value companies give placements and the placement drive starts early in the 7th semester itself. The percentage of students placed generally is upwards of the 75% mark. The students can get placed in any sort of company as per their pedigree. Some PSUs also offer few positions directly. Placement Experience:

Placement scenerio is same as the other nit colleges like highest package goes about 1cr and lowest will be 6lpa and median is. About 9lpa and overall an average placement of 13lpa . Percentage of students getting placed is 85 percent but Barch and engineering physics has lower placement in this college. Many of the student went for higher studies .my plan is to get placed after the completion of degree.
