Remarks :

Just registered in soap portal after the declaration of gate result where u just need to fill separate application forms of different iits and PSUs and then after according to the counseling process u will get iits on the basis of your gate score if its above-average like(600+ score) then u definitely get admission in top old iits.

Course Curriculum Overview :

Na its not to tough to crack the gate exam if u well prepared for it in your college days thoroughly going through basics subjects and more importantly practice i say from my personal experience. So be prepared and have faith in your preparation and don't take that much of mental stress bcz it brings you down in your progress day by day try to overcome it by doing some yoga or little but exercise for sure that help you a lot and then definitely you will crack it with decent rank.

Internships Opportunities :

I am in masters degree there is no internship programs are there but some projects thesis and coursework are there to master the subjects Which will add up in your resume also helps you to get a better job

Placement Experience :

I am freshie so right now saying tht much about placements and all would not give you good info but from.my knowledge it stars from after 2 sem end just register and appears for tht company based on your skills and branch Avg package is about 10 to 15 highest package is of 1 crore from the overall analysis. And about 70-80% since 2019 students gets placed but in the previous years 20-21 placements scenario is not tht good due to corona and all I hope in the future everything will be sorted out.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

First of all the benefits of taking admission in IITs for masters that you can opt for Ph.D. and for research sector if you are passionate in teaching sector want a good life for future aspects And to gain knowledge in your core field, grab some opportunities, add some skills will worth after 2 years you can see changes in yourself for personal development And also can to take placements in top MNC and industries also. If you are financially weak u get Stephen also about 12400 per month which helps you alot apart from studies so u can make your living comfortable not dependent on family with studies.

Campus Life :

The campus is awesome but right now in in the middle of a pandemic situation campus is not open yet But soon they will allow us maybe next year Sports, fest cultural activities all are fabulous u definitely enjoy them apart from studies. U can have interaction with your seniors they will help you and guide you

Masters in Electrical Engineering from IIT Kanpur in 2023-2035

Placement Experience:

During the third semester of the master of technology, students are eligible to sit in campus placements. In the Electrical Engineering Department most of the top semiconductor companies like Intel qualcomm, micron, Texas instruments, onsemi, cadence, amd visited this year. Number of offers made is 80 out of 140 candidates. The highest package is 49 LPA by Qualcomm. 60 per cent got placed this year due to poor market conditions. I am going to work in a semiconductor company after completing my degree.

THE BEAUTIFUL CAMPUS OF IIT KANPUR

Placement Experience:

Placements of IITK are very good. Even during recession the average package was 15lpa. Highest package was 60lpa and lowest was 12lpa. If someone is not getting placed then professors help in their own domain. After degree, I am planning to work in a product based company after degree.

Engineering in the city of Gods

Remarks:

The one thing which is deteriorating the Masters level education in India is the double-mindedness of most of the GATE aspirants. Those with lower ranks join institutes of national importance such as ours just for the sake of the monthly stipend and the time they would get for GATE preparation. Such students waste the opportunity for someone else who is really interested in research, but could not get there due to low GATE score. It is high time that we prioritize our needs and act accordingly; it can only boost the research temperament among the student community.
