Goa Institute of Management has always been at the forefront when it comes to imparting quality education. The rigorous curriculum has been tailored to make students responsible managers who can envision the future in the most practical way possible. This is what sets it apart from other colleges. The selection process is yet another pearl to the necklace. Shortlisted students have to go through GD & PI, and Written test which is generally carried out in the month of February. Diverse selection parameters, as mention by the college, provides students with the opportunities to interact with the best possible crowd.

Course Curriculum Overview :

The course curriculum is tailored to provide industry-ready practical knowledge & Skills to the students. GIM has the best Faculty: Student ratio of 13, which makes it easy for every student to learn, excel and apply. The faculty is highly qualified and dedicated to sharpening the intellect of its students. If you seriously want to learn and enjoy the rigour of MBA life then this is the best choice.

Course Fees : INR 799000 per year

Internships Opportunities :

The Summer Internship process is very smooth and all students get their desired internship. The Summer Internship Process completes well in advance every year.

Placement Experience :

GIM has a record of achieving 100% placement every year with better and better opportunities for the students. Every year several new companies come to recruit and the list is ever-growing.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

The fee structure of the college spread over 6 trimesters, roughly totalling around Rs. 1600000. There are several scholarship opportunities for students some of them are: GIM MBBS Scholarship, GIM Academic Competence, and Excellence Scholarship Scheme(ACCESS), and others. GIM also has a tuition fee waiver option for deserving students.

Campus Life :

The campus is the best campus in India, spread over 50 Acre. Life is happening with over 25 clubs which enrich students in different ways. We have possibly all sports available at our disposal. The classrooms are well equipped with all the necessary technologies and other things. The 24/7 open library is the cherry on the top.

Hostel Facilities :

The hostel is clean and well organized due to responsible and active wardens. Almost all necessary facilities are available in the hostel.

Hostel Fee : INR 75000 per year

Interview Experience :

Yes, there was a GD, Interview, and Written Test. The GD topics were completely abstract and you have to be quick to think through. PI questions were to analyze your personality and get to know you better. I kept myself updated through the happenings around the world and worked on my communication skills.

Goa Institute of Management - "Gods own Campus"

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose this course because of its non-specific focus on a single component it covers human resource management as well as finance management & operation management. Faculty : student ratio is around 1:10 Some faculty here are from top-tier institutes like IIM Ahmedabad and others have vast industry experience. Term Exam are held in timely fashion and because of relative grading it's comparatively difficult to pass than under graduate.

Teaching methods are interactive, with case studies, simulations, and guest lectures keeping things engaging. Term exams were generally on schedule, with a two-week window for preparation. Difficulty varies depending on the course and professor, but thorough preparation and utilizing faculty guidance ensured I passed comfortably.
