Collage is good with beautiful building and great infrastructure

Mess food is very bad and only breakfast is good for every people.

Faculty members are good in nature and people around them are great. in their respective courses the professor's have Teaching assistant who help them to clear their doubts. People around them are have good nature

Faculty:

faculty members are good in their perspective fields and people are good enough to teach their subject and in their research field. Their is Teaching Assistant for every course for the help of students that solve every student doubts.

I generally dislike the mess food, rest all is fine
Also, the wether is not much good in summers, rest in rainy and winters are just amazing.

Faculty:

This depends on the department to department. In case of physics, the students are 50 per batch, so overall 3 batches after 3rd year 4th year and 5th year. First and second year don't have major so they don't belong to specific department. And the favulty are total 26 in count in physics. So it's the good ratio as far I can think of. Moreover, comparing total batch strength with faculty, it's like, 300 students in one batch, and total faculty of all departments are around 180. Total college student strength is around 1900 students. So, it's like 1:10 ration closely if comparing total.

Environment of IISER bhopal is pretty good

Caeetakers and warden every sem they charge atleast 200 for no reason

Mostly faculty members are post graduates from best collages all over the world and also they are well experienced having atleast more than 20 yrs of experience of teaching.they interact regularly with us and also they have defined there office hours for our simplicity.

The semesters of the college is comparatively less than other collages.
The institute is located in the outskirts of Bhopal far from the city making it difficult to travel.

Faculty:

The faculty to student ratio is approximately 1:10 thus allows for personalized attention and mentorship. This allows students to engage in meaning full discussions, clarifying doubts and recieve guidance on research projects. Faculty members are highly qualified, with most holding PhD from reputed international Universities. They are actively involved in research publishing papers, presenting at conferences ensuring they are updated on the latest developments in their fields. The faculty's approach to teaching and mentorship is student centric,focusing on hands on learning,critical thinking and problem solving. Faculty members are approachable and students can interact with them through regular office hours, emails or even casual conversation on campus.

A Future Researcher Perspective Of IISER Bhopal

The Campus is huge and has high end facilities. The Labs are some of the most advanced labs in any colleges present in India.
The Physics and Biology department are the best in the college. The professors have a lot of experience and a lot of knowledge about their subjects.

Dislikes

The Chemistry professors are not that good from my experience
The Maths department is one of the worst departments in the college as the professor are extremely strict

Faculty:

In our first year, all 400 students who joined the college were in one class so it became hard to ask doubts and the professors were less interested in us and just taught gave us the notes, and left the class. From the second year onwards they pay attention to students and help them with all of their queries. All the professors have some of the best credentials that any professor in India has as all of them have done their postdoc and have multiple degrees. The Biology and Physics professors are the best in the college as they are outstanding in teaching theory as well in labs and make fascinating and nice exam papers. The Maths department is the worst as the professors are really strict and amny dont understand that well as our maths syllabus is hard compared to what we learnt in school and they make the papers so hard that only a few students in third year pass. The chemistry professors in labs are really great but a few of them are not good in teaching in class.

Likes

Diverse people from a variety of states and different backgrounds allowed me to learn different cultures. Very well defined curriculum helps in smooth functioning of academics, sports, cultural events as well as the internships and holidays.
The sports facilities along with the coaching of each and every sports is the best part. The grounds and the courts are very well maintained. Starting any event from the ground level is appreciated by the coaches.

Dislikes

Undertaking PhD is emphasized than placements. The academics are quite hectic as 2 quizzes and Midterm end sem exams are conducted within a span of 4 months. Students managing the events or the coordinators need to sacrifice their academics.
The academic section is not lenient and not very cooperative and so it gets difficult for the students to manage everything. Although it's part of learning and gaining experiences, it comes at the cost of missing few classes.

Faculty:

The faculty to student ratio is good enough that the faculty members can give their special attention to every student. Although it is the part of the student to be active enough in clearing their doubts and engaging themselves with the professors in the discussions. For the 1st year students this might not be the same as for the particular course the no. of students are high because initially they teach every subject to all the students like physics chem maths bio earth science. The faculties are highly qualified no doubt and their way of teaching is also interactive but yeah sincerity is expected from the students. Also they are very approachable and student friendly. You can contact them via e-mails or even meet in their respective office.
