New Delhi: IISER has released the notification for the IISER Aptitude Test 2024 for the upcoming academic session. As per the official notice, the IISER Aptitude Test 2024 is set to take place on June 9, 2024 for admission to 5-year BS-MS programs at IISERs and 4-year BS program at IISER Bhopal.

Official Notice for IISER Aptitude Test 2024

What are the Eligibility Criteria for IISER Aptitude Test 2024?

Applicants seeking admission through KVPY or IISER IAT 2024 channels must be Indian nationals, PIOs, or OCIs. Those not falling into these categories can seek admission exclusively through the JEE (Advanced) channel.

To register for IISER IAT 2024, candidates must have completed their Class XII (or equivalent) examination in the science stream in either 2022 or 2024. The examination board must be recognised by the Council of Boards of School Education in India (CBSE).

Additionally, candidates must have taken at least three subjects from Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics during their Class XII (or equivalent) examination.

For candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD categories, a minimum of 55% marks or an equivalent grade in the Class XII (or equivalent) exam is necessary. Candidates from other categories must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or an equivalent grade in their Class XII (or equivalent) exam to meet the eligibility criteria.
