I was quite interested in the core engineering specifically mechanical engineering, I would like the further my expertise in aeronautics engineering that is a branch of mechanical that's why I opted this course the curriculum is quite rigorous with many real world subjects that are being taught. I would like to improve the teaching methods by involving more emphasis on teaching on boards rather than using ppts that is more prominent that way more clarity could be achieved in learning complicated concepts

The course curriculum is similar to that of any other engineering college. We cover the same subjects offered by other colleges affiliated with SPPU. the syllabus is somewhat old-fashioned and fails to adequately prepare students for the real-world engineering challenges. Many staff members simply present a PPT, recite its contents, and depart, leaving the learning experience dull. While there are a few professors who genuinely excel in their teaching, they are in the minority.

Very good faculty. The syllabus is also very good. You learn many new things and learn new skills. The faculty is very helpful and knowledgeable. The paper they set is really good and test caliber of students.

COEP offers undergraduate (B.Tech) and postgraduate (M.Tech) programs in various disciplines such as Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, and so on. The course curriculum at COEP is known to be comprehensive and designed to provide a strong foundation in engineering principles along with practical knowledge. It typically includes a blend of theory classes, laboratory work, projects, and internships. COEP is also known for its focus on research and innovation, and students often have opportunities to work on industry-relevant projects. Faculty: my college has a reputed faculty known for their expertise in their respective fields. The faculty members at COEP are usually qualified with advanced degrees (Master's and PhD) and have experience in both academia and industry. They play a vital role in delivering lectures, conducting practical sessions, guiding research work, and mentoring students.
The faculty members are well qualified. the teaching skill is great. Some of the faculty should be improved. Practical sessions are good. The teachers always help students with academics and also other issues. The college conducts meditation, yoga and expert lectures which are really motivating.
The fees has been reasonable for a lot of years now. it is such that everybody can afford it. Also for those who cannot afford, there are many government and private scholarships that could help. Also the campus claims 100% placement, but its not always 100, its been on a decline recently. But the college is trying to support the students with placements as much as possible
Almost every faculty is Graduated as least academic background. Course was best within SPPU University. Doubt handling was excellent enough.
You have MahaDBT portal scholarship if you belong to any of the above category. If you're from OPEN category and financially weak you have EWS scholarship and in college too various private scholarship programmes are conducted which prove really helpful for financially weak students. Since I'm a second year student I can't comment on the jobs and internships. I haven't opted for them yet.
Course curriculum is very good. COEP being autonomous college has its own curriculum apart from university. Academics is COEP excellent but quite difficult and Teachers are very supportive they help us out in almost every situation.
