According to the report, the highest package stood at INR 49 LPA whereas the average package stood at INR 28.16 LPA for MBA.Students received 96 pre-placement offers during the placement drive. BFSI, IT/E-commerce & FMCG/FMCD sectors emerged as the top recruiting sectors. 103 recruiters (including 55 new recruiters) participated in SIBM Pune Placements 2024. Some of the top recruiters included Barclays, Capgemini, EY, Infosys, HDFC Bank, Accenture etc.
SIBM Pune Summer Internship Placements 2025 final report is also released. According to the report, the highest stipend stood at INR 4 Lakhs per month & the average stipend stood at INR 3.23 Lakhs per month.

Our college provides summer placements in first semester and final placements in last semester. Companies visited during 2022 summer placements are Top FMCGs like Colgate, HUL, Asian paints, Pidilite, ITC, TCPL, etc.. and Accenture strategy, BCN, Avalon, Deloitte etc for consulting, companies like Cipla and GSK from pharma industry, Bajaj Auto, Maruti from automobile sector. You can find full details of companies visited on SIBM Pune's official website. All students got the offer, for summers highest packabe was 4.4 lakhs for 2 months and 3 lakhs average. For final placements profiles offered are - Area sales manager, marketing manager, Product management, consultants, data analysts. Highest package for 2023 was 34 lakhs and average was 26 lakhs. 100% of students got the placements, and I plan to work in a marketing profile after getting this degree.

All students getting the degree are eligible for campus placements. 100% of students get placements. The average package will be 20,00,000 per annum. I plan to continue working in the corporate sector in the long term.

From semester 3rd students become eligible for campus placement. A company like hay group, Infosys, commanding, etc are offered for placement. The students getting more than 60 are only provided placement.

We had both MNCs as well as growing startups visiting our campus. The highest package offered last year was around Rs. 36 lakh/annum.

SPJIMER, SIBM, and XLRI placement reports are pretty accurate. Rather than the typical average/median CTC method, SPJIMER publishes its placement report in IPRS format. Every figure mentioned in the placement report is true to the 2nd decimal point.
