Course Details
South Indian Educational Society Graduate School of Technology offers admission to Bachelor in Engineering programs full time for 4 years. The program is offered in four specialisations. Candidates must have completed 10+2 levels of education with a valid score in JEE Main or MHT CET.
Through the Centralised Admission Process conducted by DTE Maharashtra, Candidates will have to participate in the counselling and seats will be allocated accordingly.

- Selection is based on merit depending on the score from MHT CET and JEE Main examination. It is done through four categories namely the South Indian Linguistic Minority category (51%), the CAP / All India category (29%), the Institute level category (20%), and then against vacant seats after CAP rounds.
- For the first and second category, candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in the examination, and awarded seats as per DTE guidelines through CAP.
- A merit list will be drawn and made available on the website. The list gives us the information of relative positions of the candidates like rank and doesn’t confirm their admission.
- Category wise seats shall be made available for the candidates for each institute at the official website.
- Candidates can fill in their choices of Institutes and Courses in decreasing order of preference.
- Candidate has to confirm his/her choice through their login. Once confirmed, they shall be considered for allotment in the respective CAP Rounds.
- Allotment will be done according to the cut offset for the courses of the program.
- If allotted to the desired course, the candidate shall then report to ARC for verification of documents and payment of seat acceptance fee.
- Thereafter such candidates shall report to the allotted institute and seek admission on the allotted seat.
- The candidate needs to reach the institute with the filled application form with the following documents (original and a set of self-attested photocopies):
- 10th and 12th mark sheet and certificate
- MAH CET Scorecard
- Transfer Certificate, Migration Certificate, Domicile and Nationality Certificate
- Caste certificate
- Document verification shall be done and will be uploaded in the online system through Institute Login.

- The fee to be paid for Maharashtra State Board students (Fee for Tuition fee waiver scheme) – Rs.19,376/-

As I'm too interested in doing skills like coding that's why I choose this as a course. The curriculum teaches & provides us the mini project ,by the real time projects through coding. There is no suggestions for improvement.

I chose this course because I had a passion for studying computers and software technology. The faculty: student ratio was 25:1. The faculty members were qualified enough, with many of them with a Ph.D. or pursuing a Ph.D.

- No sports equipment, no medical room, no ground

I choose B.E. in Computer Engineering because I always had a passion for computer technology. The faculty-student ratio is 1:50. Some professors in our college have done their Ph.D. The term exams were conducted every 3 months and they were of moderate difficulty.

- Campus of college may be smaller in size but it is designed to provide all the necessary facilities and resources for students academic and personal growth.

The field of computer science has always fascinated me due to its ever-evolving nature and the immense impact on society. one of the key factors that influenced my decision to choose a computer course is the remarkable career prospects it offers. In today's digital age,where technology permeates almost every aspects of our lives,there is a growing demand for skilled professionals in the field of CS. At college the faculty student ratio is carefully maintained to ensure personalized attention and quality education.The faculty at college comprises highly qualified and experienced professionals in their respective fields .Term exams are well structered and administered within the scheduled timeframe, ensuring students have ample time to prepare. Exams are kind of a bit hard but with proper preparation and guidance, students can effectively navigate and successfully pass.

The course curriculum is quite interesting. The faculty members are very knowledgeable, and generous and everyone is highly qualified. Their teaching method is also good. The internal assessments are taken twice in one semester.

The course structure is very outdated since it's under Mumbai University. It's not the colleges fault but the university's fault. Mumbai University updated it's curriculum in 2007. After that, the portion was reduced in 2012 but we are still studying stuff which was new in 2007 which is actually pretty outdated in my field at least.
